- Having some more fun with Native Instruments new virtual piano library NOIRE. I captured this "live" as I experiment and play around with things, no edits (clams and all).
I am really enjoying the depth and sound of NOIR, enjoy!

i ve never loved the yamaha sounds before, to bright , to cold, Always loved the pianos with a warmer sound. But since i own the Noire this has changed. thank you for your videos. i like them very much. 💪🏻👍😅
Yes, NOIRE brings out a very beautiful quality in this CFX. Also, having both Pure and Felt is an extra special bonus.

Wonderful! What is your computer configuration? Any ssd card? Which audio interface do you use?
Thank you, I’m so glad you enjoyed watching. I am currently using an i5 9700k with 32gb of ddr3 ram. I have moved to all SSD drives (a 250gb Windows drive, 1tb for samples and a 500 go for VSTs). I do use some external USB drives for archiving projects and backups.
My interface is a PreSonus Studio 6|8 and I have recently been using a Focusrite 4i4 3rd gen which I am very impressed with.
Excuse the bad, I have a big question, according to you between Ivory II and all the Native Instrument pianos which ones are the best, because I have all those of the NI except Noire and I ask myself to take the others too .. this is consuming me I have been hoping for some time to help me
I have not had any experience with the Ivory pianos but they are definitely held in high regard by those who use them. In my experience with NOIRE it is evident they put a lot of thought into putting it together and the sampling is very well done. I would love to try Ivory and if I get a chance you can be sure I will produce a follow up. Thanks for watching.

I don't really like the velocity sensitivity. It's too bad you can't customize it outside of the velocity presets they give you. I have a kawai mp11 and the linear preset doesn't feel quite right... It sounds too soft.
But when I bump it up to a hard velocity, then it becomes too hard
Well you actually can adjust it a little more in detail by the DYNAMICS Macro control. That control allows you to shape the velocity/dynamics curve in a little more detail. Try it and let me know your results. Thanks so much for watching.
