Hello from South Carolina!! This is basically the "Anti-inflammatory diet", which I have followed for 1.5 years. I have severe Rheumatoid arthritis and following this has significantly improved my quality of life and health. LOVE you and your informative and thought provoking videos.

I have noticed I need a lot more protein than I've ever needed before. I'm in my late 50's...less carbs, more protein, supplements, berries. I keep it very simple as I have food sensitivities and allergies. Wish I could eat avocados but they make my throat swell up and it's very scary....so do nuts and fish. So, I eat none of that. I have perfect blood work, still. Diet is individual. Not all of these "super" foods are so super for everyone. I eat a lot of eggs and love them.

Thank you Margaret ❤ I’m a Recently retired nurse at 67 years old, I went through therapy for adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood due to retirement-I felt and thought I was losing my identity, so wrong!!! In the process of healing I found your channel, what an insightful God Send❤ Nurses are wonderful at helping others, but we often don’t take care of ourselves, thanks again for providing us the opportunity to connect and look forward to what the future holds ❤

Excellent food recommendations😋 Have naturally loved & frequently eat all you mentioned for many years. Spinach is also a staple for me rather than lettuce for everything one would use lettuce for as well as in my scrambled eggs♡ Hope your health gets fully back on track, beautiful lady🤗⚘️

Your comment about pumpkin seeds amused me - I don't like them, but the squirrels do, so I guess mine are well nourished!

I am 65 and my daughter-in-law told me about the benefits of Kefir milk so I gave it a try. I don’t like breakfast so I had to find something with protein for the morning. Kefir's probiotics and nutrients support digestive and gut health. I buy the whole organic. It gives me energy and my tummy is getting smaller. 😊

I eat all of these foods. And enjoy many other vegetables and fruits. Pineapple may be my favorite fruit and it is very good for us. I buy whole pineapples and cut them up into small chunks stored in the refrigerator for snacking and often for dessert after lunch or dinner. Blueberries are almost always in my refrigerator. For the past two months my supermarkets have had large blueberries available that are great to eat as a snack by picking up one 9r two and eating like candy. Very tasty and good for me also. I do love dark chocolate and often buy smallDove chocolates wrapped singly that are satisfying with coffee after a good meal. One or two are enough to satisfy my sweet tooth without adding so many calories. I also enjoy Giardell chocolate squares individually wrapped. They have 60 and 70% cocaoones that contain about 50 calories each. One square is very satisfying for me. I love coconut and remember hole coconuts my Dad bought at a market at Christmas time. He drained the coconut juice out as a treat for us to drink then would crack the coconut shell and scoop out the meat which we ate in small chunks. I developed a love of those treats at Christmas when we always had nuts in the shells to crack and eat. It was a special treat with wonderful red delicious apples and juicy oranges Dad always bought at an open market where he liked o go in the aadvent season to buy special treats for all of us when we were small children. I rememberwalking with him through the market where he often bought fish and whatever fruits o they had available including tangerines and sometimes figs and beautiful plums we could not find in our small town grocery store. Oysterscas another special treat he bought when they were available. My mother made delicious oyster stew with them that Inremember eating with the small oyster crackers we had often in our home. Ithink those were available at our corner grocery. Dad was a lover of good food a
Nd taught us to enjoy trying new food as children. It was a great way to build habits of being open to new tastes as small children. I thank my Dadfor these learning experiences he provided as fun new adventures.

@@sixtyandmeI think she might be referring to voice volume. If so I find your volume is loud enough.
