Unexpected! I've never heard the talent of the 1920's responded so many years later. Wow, just wow, just wow!! I'm typing as it plays hence for the extra wow there. Love the strings and woodwinds doing those 32nd note up and down chromatics...reminded me a heck of a lot of the Chicago movie from 2002. You here that same chromatic lick at the end of Chicago, when Roxy and Velma are dancing. My that showcase of literature, and this one...are just beyonds splendid. Never expected this.
I fell for Emma Fisk....beautiful and talented girl...nice revival of Paul Whiteman sound...you may sound better and equalized instruments on a studio record
totally brilliant performance...so hot!!!
R.I.P Keith, Covid 19 took you, the treasure that you were, now we are left with your wonderful recordings, Thanks for them!
One of the best orchestras in the world!
Note that Emma and Dawn keep time and are enjoying the playing. A great tune.
Best version of this song EVER!!

Stellar original interpretation of the song
even better!jo atlanta ga
Fine bunch of musicians.
I the 78rpm of Limehouse Blues by Paul Whiteman, so it's interesting seeing this modern version of it without the Hiss and crackle!
it was Jackie Kennedy's favorite tune
Super Orchestra.
Very Many famous names.
But .....WHO made this fantastic arrangement?
Robert, in a Vince Giordano video of this song, uploaded by user Fuzz Tone, is named Tom Satterfield as the arranger.
THANKS!!!! @@JarBaires
Where does all of this fabulousness take place? Where is Whitley Bay?
Whitley Bay is in Newcastle, England. Bookings are open for 2015 - google "Whitley Bay Classic Jazz Party" and you'll find all you need to know!

It is a great shame we can't see the drummer at all, it sounds like there is some authentic 1920s playing going on - on a genuine 1920s drum set.
I think it’s Josh Duffee on drums.
listen to Art Tatum play it!!!
Looks like John Wilson's twin on that saxophone (2nd from left)
