But what dialogue options lead to being able to do this? Please update with the necessary information.
i’m not entirely sure about the dialogue options, but to my knowledge, you need to be durge and have jaheira and minsc in your party when you go duel orin. once you beat orin and accept being bhaal’s chosen, they will both leave your party. once you exit the room they will approach with harpers and talk before fighting you.
Apart from having Jaheira and Minsc in your party and of course fully embracing Bhaal, you got to hit them with the option "I don't want to kill you, I want you both to serve."

Judging by the comments its probably a dark urge run and i assume jahira and minsc come to try to stop you if you go full evil
Based off the background and it’s obviously a Durge run this looks like a scene you get pretty much immediately after accepting Bhaal so long as you kept Jaheira alive up to this point and recruited Minsc
