This house is 👌. The attendtion to detail is outstanding. However, 2 issues stand out..lack of an elevator..but as Willis states " its hard to get everything"...next issue is the area around Tilisi...it wouls have been perfect if Tilisi was situated along route 116 instead of route 114. Anyways, good job as always Mark and Willis. Hopefully, the family is able to dispose of the property. If you can buy and hold this property for 20 years, your appreciation will be tremendous.

Because a walking in closet is usually the size of a studio apartment ( size of the master bedroom bathroom you just showed). You still misname some spaces, but as time goes by, you're learning it's a great learning curve.

Great design and color plus accoutrement. Nice framed internal walls. Compliments to the builder , architect and stager. Sense the builder or architect must be a female with some of the nice additions internally, especially in the kitchen and rooms. Question: what is the foundation of the soil , is it just soil or stone in that whole area?
