Thank you so much, I think you dropped by as you were filming! You have done a very good job with the design and implementation. I look forward to meeting you again, and properly.
Since they are duplexes, what kind of noise reduction materials or construction between the 2 units are they using to eliminate unwanted noises from your "neighbors," i.e., someone having their bass cranked up way too high to where you get the thumping sound coming through your walls? Also, can one put a small lap type pool in the backyard if they want to? Will the streets in the development be paved once they are done with the construction of the units?
I'm so addicted to these Tilisi houses! I'm just mindblown. Like what have I been admiring before?😂 I watch and pause just to see the beauty of these units
The interior and flow of the houses is awesome but whoever did the staging understood the assignment and took everything to another level!..made me imagine moving in with my clothes only and start living!!
Great presentation, just one thing, eating space at the kitchen referd to as the bar is also called 'Breakfast nook', a family frendlier term used by realtors
Both houses ooze in elegance, the painting is so subtle, the staging and the simplicity of everything yet so sophisticated. Honestly these houses are my best so far in terms of class. Nothing following the current trend especially not the crazy gypsum in some houses. Everything in both houses, timeless 👌. Good job 👏. Also the humility, may God bless you both. Love your videos ❤
A perfect confluence of design, aesthetic and function! This is a user-driven development. It befits the excellence and professionalism of your reviews.
The houses are warm because of the construction detail by the developer. He probably used aluminum framing for the walls and insulation behind it then and finally, encapsulated everything using the exterior masonry. I wish this was implemented to be the construction standard in Kenya. The bathrooms are well done, something you do not get to see with most developers. This is an amazing home for a person who is overweight and trying to loose weight.. Those stairs are a free gym which comes with the house.
By the way, that kind of fireplace, heats up the entire house and doesn't emit smoke as compared to the normal standard ones. Keep it up guys, good job. I pray you go international now like your counterpart Mr Enes Yilmazer.
At this rate, what I will end up building will be a mix of so many ideas. Thank you for always touring amazing homes. I've been taking notes on my favorites and this property has added some very nice details into my plan, including Tilisi as a potential place to build, especially for the views of Nairobi skyline. Hats off to you!
All the best Edu. When it is all said and done, let the site decide the house. A good architect will understand this language and you will be pleased with the results.
Tilisi is one of the few new neighborhoods in our beloved nation that I can firmly regard as built with world class ideas in each home unit. Transplant each of the unit architecture and build the same homes in the States and the minimum cost for each of the home (include attached garage stalls in them) would be between $400K to $600K!. Am not even kiddin' here.
Suggestion: I feel like for the second house, if the owners feel the closet space is too small, they could always repurpose the make-shift office into an extra wardrobe space. Especially if they get clever around covering the boiler(I'm assuming that's what it is).
this has to be the most perfect home !!!! i mean,,,,,this is value for money.....and when you intend to sale this house later, the resell value will be good
Good spaces and finishing. The only thing i differ with is the complete mirror wall infront of the bed. As an interior designer, thats not recommended in FENG SHUI. Mirrors bounces off too much active 'Yang" energy for a space of "Ying" (rest) which may interfere with a comfortable sleep.
I'm saving this video for when money gets me. I want them to do house no.1 in Murang'a. Those Membley/Kamakis/Ruai developers should come here for classes. Lakini pia nyinyi si you come slow on the dope quality videos, other creators might have to change industry.
🤣🤣🤣 you know people don’t want to pay professionals that’s why they end up with the membley kinda houses. But this should definitely be the standard. Quality itazidi kuenda juu
272 square meter = 29, 000, 000 269 square meter = 29, 250, 000 .... mwalimu wa math ako wapi? hehehe.. This houses are just awesome. Developers wa tilisi are on another level.
That’s the thing I have been saying! When it comes to execution, Tilisi I give it hands down, best design, best use of space! The area is generally cold but the houses aren’t that cold and the fire places really help.
The design of both houses is really good, The execution is spot on i just hope the lot is atleast a 50by 100. the price is somehow debatable but overall good project those talking about using tilisi land for farming am sorry but we have tons of unused prime agricultural land across the country.
Interesting take on agricultural land. This is becoming a huge debate in the country with Kiambu county becoming a real estate hub. I will hold my opinions for now.

Im not a fan of duplex house but this layout is good i like the first house just want to change the living area and kitchen area exchange.. is it possible? 😅
I actually share the same sentiments...but the govt ruined the agricultural sector and everyone is looking to make a bank from their property. There’s a huge number of people who are cutting down their cash crops and using the land for housing developments which is sad! but this is what we voted for when we vote for incompetence
The color is just wow but come on, why do they still use those cabros, anyway the house design is fantastic. Kenya Real Estate Developers (The KREDs) should find a new way to design their pavements. Cabros are too much and annoying specifically the gray/white ones.
Also, you could remind people that those commissions don't raise the price of the house. Otherwise good job!
Sure thing! The price stays the same 💯
I'm the developer for this scheme. You shot very well and commentated really nicely! Good job! Keep it up.

As it should be. The only thing missing is your clothes, everything else is just perfect
I feel like these houses should just be sold as they are. You just move in with your clothes and other personal belongings.

Happy to hear that Lewis. First house is my choice too.
Definitely the 1st one and a shade on the rooftop
Both the houses are a win but no.1 stole my heart😊
The interior designer also did a good job. Good combination of colors
will do, just subbed, been binge watching and will be coming back home
I love the lit floating shelve display behind the chairs. It's unique.

Thank you Angela. You and Willys same group on house 2.
Am taking the first house only because the second house's master bedroom has no balcony otherwise both houses are amazing 👌
That was one of my reasons too. It’s a hard choice though.

I like the sunken lounge. But primary bedroom is a let down. No bath 🛁. However the layout is brilliant
I can't stand bathtubs. I'm removing mine from all my rooms and replacing with showers.
Hehe, now you see there are people who don’t want tubs, that’s why in the market you must make a lot of considerations
For me in the primary bedroom i would remove the console and add another built in closet for myself then my spouse would have the 2 walk in closets.😄
