I've tried a lot of einkorn recipes and this one looks good and pretty easy. Einkorn tends to develop a pretty hard crust so I have found that if I cover it with a wet paper towel or cloth as it is cooling, the steam will soften the crust.
I was making this bread from since the seminar couple years ago. But stopped because of the move etc. Need to get back on the cake. Thanks for the reminder.
Well, if you have land, Einkorn will grow just about anywhere, even if it’s a bit saline, dry, or quite hot or cold. It chokes out most other stuff and is highly insect and fungus/mold resistant.
Thanks for sharing. It’s hard to get a hold on einkorn without paying so much for shipping. Was wondering if u know that SOP tells us bread shouldn’t be consumed until after 2 or 3 days when the yeast has fully died. I usually date my bread and freeze it. Then we consume the bread.
Hi what brand flour did you use. I'm just making it now. I followed your measurements to make this bread but found there was not enough liquid for the dough after mixing it so I added a little bit more water. Hope that's ok. I'm hopeing it turns out ok. Loved the video too. So easy and simple.
Hello it was brought from a wholesaler online. I believe it was Forrest foods. Yeah sure should be okay 👍🏽 Thanks for watching let me know how it turns out 😊
Hi unfortunately it turned out rock hard. 😫 Perhaps it was the type of flour I used. I bought Doves Farm brand, Einkorn wholemeal flour. I've just looked on the website Forest Foods but there are several Einkorn flour not sure which one to use. Can you send me a link of the one you bought or send the name of it. Thanks.
Thank you so much for watching! Do Let Me know if you try this bread!

If you grease the measuring cup with a little olive oil the honey will come out easily and you won’t waste it.

Using All purpose or Whole Grain Einkorn makes a difference. You don’t mention that
The grams of the flour seems would be just as important but you left that out in the recipe.
You didn't add salt .
I did add salt (pink Himalayan) at 2:40 time stamp 😊
FYI its pronounced "eye-n-corn"
