I really enjoy listening to Paul. His commentary is class aswell.
When PDC understand is the best commentator right know?
Wasn't a fan of Paul at the time as probably 99% of darts fans weren't...
but since his move into commentary he's an outstanding gent and a credit to darts 👏
He’s literally a different person now. I wonder if he regrets his “heel act”?
Could listen to Paul talk about darts all day. Always comes across as one of the most knowledgeable people in the game. Looking forward to seeing the other players (hopefully some current) lined up for the show.
I liked Paul as a darts player. Added something different and it was great drama with him but as a commentator hes pure class. His knowledge and love for the sport shines through and he's so needed on sky.
My favourite player of all time, such a chatacter, absurd toughness on stage and mentally, his win vs taylor where he waved goodbye is by far my favourite darts moment ever, still use his old black and green darts as match darts

Great podcast! Pls keep it up. Used to find Paul N maddening to watch. But he grew on me - the matches really were fun now that I go back and watch them again. He is a fantastic commentator and wishing him the very best on a comeback. Cheers, Paul!!!
Great interview. Always great to listen to The Asset. Fantastic dart player, should have won more, and a great commentator. John Part’s looking to make a comeback, why not Paul? Would love to see him back. I’m 25 and Paul was one of the first dart players I enjoyed watching. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a comeback!

This was excellent. More of these please. Colin Lloyd would be an excellent one maybe somebody whose career ended suddenly and unexpectedly like Eric Clary’s would be a good interview also.

I respect what Paul tried to do with darts back then in so far as injecting a bit of theatre into proceedings - it was obviously an act It's just a pity his persona turned out to be a double edged sword in the end. I really hope he gets going again in 2023.

Paul is the man. The goat. Ok im jk 😜 Taylor is the goat but the way he acted reminds me of the boys from the old days. Like when Eric bristow kissed Taylor on the lips after throwing a 180 🤣. Darts is magical even when there is no real personality involved in the match but stuff like this makes it even better IMO

Always liked Paul when he was playing loved the bad boy mentality crowds would get lairy and he gave them a reason to do it so there was no isssue from me.
Paul was robbed of a premier league spot. Don't even bother arguing with me lol

Great idea with the pod. Just think this episode lacked some structure. Is there a presenter? Or is Webster also a guest here? Just the foundations but I think it has a lot of potential.

He was an overrated player. He was a clown for believing that he was better than he actually was. Drawing on his wrists like a WWE wrestler?! Come on, give me a break.
I couldn't stand him when he was playing but he's a good analysis and commentator.
