I've seen some comments from You, so let me address them all at once. Everyone has their own experiences, and we should learn from them to improve our skills, both technical and soft. It's essential to articulate your thoughts clearly at work to avoid potential issues. Therefore, we should respect and listen to others, applying relevant lessons to enhance our own lives or agar tumare ander ego rahega to kabhi nhi grow ker paoge life its important ki suno or acha lage wo apni life me apply karo 🙂or Ayi baat about me or ye sab youtuber pagal hai kuch bhi bolte hai to first check my background on linkedin before writing 😇 Baki jaise aapko thik lage..wish you all the best ❤❤

I have spoiled my career with myself😢😢 got placed in Wipro in 2015 and resigned due to family issues at home in 2017 after that prepared for govt job got selected in 2020 served there and resigned in nov 2023 looking for Job in IT again but No one is giving chance to me in recent months developed Android application but HR ask relevant experience 😢😢😢😢😢 feeling devasted. I think as HR expects candidate to be true and they respect the transparency. At the same time, candidate also expects the same from HR. But I have seen now a days that if candidate notice period is bit higher or they get another candidate of lower budget instead of providing clear reply, HR ends up with a statement that this position went on hold. Which is a boges statement mostly and a lot of HRs doing the same these days.

People can take a break… they can have reasons for the same…
    These HRs are too mainstream…
Like these you will get a programmed robot… not an efficient and impactful employee..
These old fashioned trends need to change..

So I represented the frustration of job applicants including me who just keep waiting for proper answers for their rejections and this is one of her reasons for rejections( obviously she will not reply with this silly reason). I appreciate your efforts bhai to give the views of all stakeholders of job industry. But someone should use this "Comment" section keep his and other people's view, which I did, no intention to hurt your efforts here. Aap bilkul sahi bol rahe ho .. Har kisi ke apne experiences hote hain, aur humein unse seekh kar apni technical aur soft skills ko sudhaarna chahiye. Kaam par apne vicharon ko clearly articulate karna bahut zaroori hai taaki potential issues se bach sakein. Isliye, humein dusron ka respect karna chahiye aur unhe dhyan se sunna chahiye, aur jo relevant lessons hain unhe apni life mein apply karna chahiye. Tumhe acha lage to apni life mein implement karo, warna mat karo, simple. 🙂

Very common in the HR world. Candidates are replaceable, overabundant "resource" in their eyes.

Everyone has their own experiences, and we should learn from them to improve our skills, both technical and soft. It's essential to articulate your thoughts clearly at work to avoid potential issues. Therefore, we should respect and listen to others, applying relevant lessons to enhance our own lives.. Tumhe acha lage to apni life me implement karo verna met karo simple.

HRs need to to be more empathetic .......truth is in most of the companies HRs do what the managers say .
There are rare cases where HRs take stand for honest employee rather they listen to managers blindly (mostly in indian MNCs)
Adding to it companies give more chance to female HRs thinking they can connect with employees emotionally but unfortunately they don't.....

Very informative podcast especially for freshers.
But i am not convinced with reasons of layoffs given by HR madam.
In 80 % of the cases, the companies overhired people or companies are not capable enough to bag the projects due to very competitive market nowadays and they finally ended up firing the people to downsize the project/teams and HRs are at the front when companies decide to sack the employees, so HRs will never admit the sin they do nowadays and they never think twice that this will create a career gap in the candidates profile.
So gap is not a big problem and this is also created due to companies decisions and if the candidate is having good experience/knowledge, the companies HR will run after him.
Being 19 years in IT industry I am compelled to highlight and bring the reality to readers/audiences.
    Cheers.
