She know what she's talking about. I'm an IT professional (in my early 30s) who worked with these big firms (Amazon, Google, ServiceNow etc) and don't even have a college graduate degree. I can confirm that she's stating facts about what its needed for you to crack these interviews, importance of soft skills and have a career growth.
@@manspatel555 What they tell you and the public is that you need to be experts at various programming languages and software - but what they WILL NOT tell you is that - they will hire only their friends who will accept low salaries and they will hire only the people who will kiss the boss's ass and maintain the dirty office politics. There is bonus that each worker/manager gets if they hire their friends, so they will take resumes/cvs but they will ONLY interview the people they have already chosen. Even if you are the best programmer who know how to write the best software code - they will NOT hire you because your talent will challenge the other mediocre people who work under stress of getting fired. what is the use of asking all these questions when government policies do not help the working class? corporate tax rate was reduced while income tax on workers was increased. graduates are being asked to sell pakodas and are not given full time employement with high salaries and pensions. Why are foreign corporations profiting from the Indian market while using INdian labour and our Indian workers are left in poverty? Isn't it the job of the government to create policies that will bring prosperity to the working class? Dhruv Rathee is a young man who has the balls to ask these questions of corrupt politicians. Hello Ranveer, We really enjoy the podcast content you produce. It's important to address the challenges faced by engineers graduating from lower-tier colleges who struggle to secure decent-paying jobs and often feel demoralized. Many discussions focus on top-tier institutions like IITs and IIMs, but the reality is that the majority of Indians study in average or below-average colleges. It's crucial to explore how individuals from these backgrounds can acquire the necessary skills and education to succeed in the job market. Let's delve into this topic and identify potential pathways and solutions in a podcast episode.
this podcast is good. I want a podcast on how to polish soft skills how we change our habits how we improve ourselves (soft skills oriented) and how to choose if I want to build a business so what is my first step then I am poor in money so in that case how I build my own startup to make money. I also want to know how is corporate life, what its pros and cons of it, and how to define ourselves in that. Thank you.

I’m an undergraduate from IIT too so I know😅 Maybe she didn’t wanted to discourage so that everyone learns that learning and unlearning the relevant skills matters the most in growing through your career. So not only skills matter but academics matter too. A good CGPA matters too. Given this subject, I feel the most practical answer to this question : Good soft skills>Good networking>some funding ( have, don't Have, beg, borrow, loan) > reinvesting. Government needs to streamline entrepreneurship more than today and ease it even further. Now coming to the person who has no funds to play around with (70% public), the govt needs to put a cap on the fees any univ can implement. This will breakdown the craze for iiT. There is a serious issue on this entire process. The actual field work doesn't demand such a skill that a child should sit all hours of the day only to prepare for it. What happens to living and work life balance?

@RanveerAllahbadia We want a similar podcast for commerce and or Arts students also, passing from very average schools and colleges. Not everyone can go to IIT, IIM or for Engineering after 12. Need to address the ones who are not financially stable. What should the schools and colleges do to bring out the best from the students to know who are better at what etc.? You know what I mean.
What a great podcast ! Could not leave the seat for a minute Ranveer and you must be more vocal about how to find your ikigai in Hindi for kids specially class 9 onwards so they start thinking in right direction ...ofcourse it takes time but how to identify the strengths at that age would be a great episode with an expert .
In Indian education system, especially in school, they don't teach us the importance of studies, they just focus on notebook checking and marks in exam........if they make us feel the importance of education in real life then the situation would be better (Also most of the students will not get affected by it but a little percentage of students might get a vision)
This is the myth that is being fed to Imdians. The most unfortunate thing is Indians always criticize themselves and lok down upon themselves in every aspect and are soo influenced by west since centuries that it took ages for us yo realise that our culture is better. It will take ages to know thst our education system is far more better. Being a person living in abroad, edication is worst in west and mny pplreturn to India for getting good education. Ppl in west r mostly lazy and do not teach nything. Infact " teaching" doesnt exist at all. Our country"s education is the best in the world and I cant explain in few sentences how smazingly it helps usin inducing the much needed knowledge n manners. I hve no idea y Indians are nvr proud of what they have n always cribning .
Thank you for this wonderful episode , as a mother of teenager, got lot of clarity about career . As you asked , to suggest what kind of episodes we want to see, me and many of my friends who are moms of teenagers are discussing about how to set our kids into a journey where they need to come out of all these distractions, impact of social media, alcohol, wrong company and be disciplined , show dedication , do hard work ..its not easy to get them to do anything,,we need Specialists who can mentor us to groom teenagers of todays generation, the Zen zs and Alphas need different parenting style which are unaware of..Can you bring clinical psychologist for parenting guidance .

Extremely insightful podcast, learnt a lot as a 12th grader. I am from biology stream, struggling to find undergrad courses with good market value other than medical which is already overcrowded and overhyped. I would be grateful if the beerbiceps team could bring some podcast regarding pcb stream.
Boss. Medical is not over hyped. Its the truth. You will know when you actually hve a degree Nd how insignificant it is compared to any medical degree. Despite bring an engineer n in IT, i still wish zi had chosen medicine. They earn the highest which has no comparison with salaries of any other stream and also hve the highest respect anywhere in the world. Only ppl who cant get the degree call it over hyped! U know "the grapes that i dont get are sour!"
@@TruMyous Coming from a family of medicos, it is extremely overhyped. Not everyone has the determination or will to spend half of their lives studying and earning degree after degree to reach that high of a salary. And not everyone is privileged enough to be able to afford to set up private practices. Again, for a private practice to attract customers/patients, a minimum qualification of pg is a must. Govt declares scarcity of doctors in the country yet doesn't hire well, doesn't provide enough opportunities to people that want to move into this field, the irony

We need more podcast like this because I am a teenager and confused about my career.
You are not alone
What a great podcast ! Could not leave the seat for a minute Ranveer and you must be more vocal about how to find your ikigai in Hindi for kids specially class 9 onwards so they start thinking in right direction ...ofcourse it takes time but how to identify the strengths at that age would be a great episode with an expert .
Information = wealth ❤❤
Bro mindset is changed now dimag khol Diya bhaii so inspiring.
Your best Podcast as of now.keep the good work going.❤
Very nice n very helpful podcast. Make such more podcast on studies post 12th fr various streams. It ll help parents n students both. Thx Ranveer ❤
Make a podcast with Army General V P Malik Former chief of army staff during kargil war ❤❤❤
Thank you for such a wonderful educational podcast, we want more like this so we can know real practical world & prepare accordingly.
In Indian education system, especially in school, they don't teach us the importance of studies, they just focus on notebook checking and marks in exam........if they make us feel the importance of education in real life then the situation would be better
(Also most of the students will not get affected by it but a little percentage of students might get a vision)

This is the best podcast I have ever watched till now. Truely amazing❤
Extremely insightful podcast, learnt a lot as a 12th grader. I am from biology stream, struggling to find undergrad courses with good market value other than medical which is already overcrowded and overhyped. I would be grateful if the beerbiceps team could bring some podcast regarding pcb stream.
Only option in pcb is do a PhD plus postdoc and enter the industry. Because bsc MSc are dead degrees. At least the way they are taught.
Every Engineering Student must see this tag goes to this podcast..❤
