Our build was in a official server and we were bound by the 3 floor limit. But seeing the extra floors and visual towers on the back of the castle looks amzing.

the nuns are actually converted servants, and they are trapped in the locations they are in by the furniture surrounding them. I imagine it would be painstaking to get them in the right place, but once they are there, they won't go anywhere.

Do you mean those at 6:20? you just need to be on te same elevation, buld the walls, windows etc, go one elevation up and stack the next walls ontop, and so on and so forth.

I used just one plot. The biggest plot is located at northwest of Silverlight with 314 tiles. I usually build something like that within two to four days, and it takes the same amount of time to farm the materials.
This is before the 1.0 update. Much has changed. Right now I'm struggling with brutal Dracula; after I manage to defeat him, I Will be back uploading videos, maybe with some tutorials.

Your castle is very beautiful! How did you manage to make the second floor roof not show? I couldn't make it here at all, no matter what I do, when I get to the third floor the roof of the second floor appears.

I had issue with lightnings, setting the bloom to low makes light sources like candles more effective. And overall less blurry rendering.

Yes, you can place invisible foundations everywhere. They are indeed coming from the balconies at the back of the castle.
