I already have your T-Rudder, they are super high quality, full metal and I'm very happy with them. It would be amazing if VBK made a video tutorial about virtual brakes and virtual axes. I haven't understood how to get them working. Thanks a lot.
Not a biggie if you don't program any extra buttons along that axis. Bit it's recommended to have it calibrated though, just to make sure everything is proper.
for some reason my joystick (top center) was not registering in the rot x/y axes. i swapped it for another that came in the box and it still wouldnt do what yours did in the video. however on "buttons / POVs" it was logging after i clicked log joystick. yet still not in rot x/y. is it faulty or am i missing something?
The default module on the MCGU is a ministick and it's programmed as both digital and analog by default - POV in first stage and axes in the second; swapping between modes is made through the center push button ua-cam.com/video/BBQadRNHeDo/v-deo.html
@@VKBSim There are many examples of programs that have an easy mode and a more complicated, granular mode. At this price point, one would think the software would have both.
@@Glorious_Kim_Jong_Un The easy mode is calibrate your joystick as presented here, then start playing. The complicated mode is to program the joystick for your needs; here's a set of tutorials: ua-cam.com/play/PLDtbsvyzXZFDQyhDdL1riLQ3WN3Oew_p7.html and here's the manual: forum.vkb-sim.pro/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=5559. Also, our forum is a great place to search or ask about it forum.vkb-sim.pro/. Not sure how splitting a piece of software in Standard and Advanced categories would help; who could decide where to draw the line between the two? This really depends on user's technical level and their willingness to get involved in more or less complicated programming.
@@VKBSim It's a fact that VKB does not offer pedals with a brake axis. So quite naturally, the VKB marketing division responds by marketing a feature like the T-Rudder virtual toe brakes. But then VKB relies on one of the most complicated software interfaces in the consumer industry, yet lacks the professionalism (or courtesy, call it what you want) to post Virtual Toe Brake profiles for download. Instead, the software division expects thousands of users to spend hours learning your advanced programming interface. The only way I ever got my virtual toe brakes assigned to my gun fighter pro brake lever is by a USER posting a profile in your forum. Then VKB posted a new firmware update that's not compatible with the profile. I'm just tired of it. It should be a simple check box in your software, or VKB should post profiles that enable the brake function for each firmware.. Users shouldn't need to obtain a college degree in computer science to enable such a basic feature.
my gunfighter (Gunfighter Mk.III 'Space Combat Edition' • Gunfighter Model: Gunfighter Pro-L • Grip: SCG-Right) stop working midflight and asking for new firmware update. I bought mine in 2021. I was told to get help from you. TIA.
You guys are awesome. Last week got my VKB Base + MCG ultimate. It's a blessing to use and love the customizability!

Please sell a left handed metal stick as well :) loving the MCG Ultimate Stick!
I love this stick, it's a real work of art. What would happen if I didn't calibrate the secondary trigger?

1 year warranty?
Is the throttle included?
This is just a joystick, no throttle.
Would prefer a better less complicated software
It's complicated because there are lots of functions. But if you don't like it you don't have to use it, just calibrate and the joystick's good to go.
