Awesome! Reminded me of th time I got to the track late & without my pit crew guys. I had to unload my front engine dragster in the staging lane by myself. I took the wheelie bar off to unload the car. I didn't put it back on ... oops ... I fired the car up to warm up as I put my racing gear on. Got a bye run since eliminations were about to begin.. I did a killer burn out & staged the car. The lights came down. The car launched & the front end was about 3 feet in the air!! Went the length of the track with the wheels in the air. I was looking at the guardrail to make sure the car was going straight. NEVER made a pass again without the wheelie bars attached!! Fun times!.
Yeah! The motor sounds amazing! Glad to see that you finally got a decent burnout girl. Most race fans, including me, do not truly appreciate how much work that goes into getting a racecar ready. We only see the car go down the track. On behalf of all race fans, THANK YOU!!!!
Wheelie bar should be adjusted to 2 to 3 inches from bottom of wheel to asphalt. Because your engine angle centerline and crank height in front is so high you will rotate faster.
Threes are two settings, one is 2 inches off the ground, the other is much higher so when you are transporting it on the track it doesn’t drag. Unfortunately in a mad rush we forgot to put it down.

I was looking at the merch, and I like alot of it...one suggestion ;
Use the old STP logo with the letters THG.
Just an idea.

Parting note. What's faster, the dragster or thunderbird?
Dragster. This engine in Jimmy’s FED was 5.00s
