That's not an overhaul, no bearings, rings, mixed up valves, springs, pistons, rod caps, torque settings and a hundred other things .
Lucky that job might last 25 hours of run time

Yeah, ... that fresh coat of paint on the same tired old parts, is a very common "restoration" technique.

Use torque wrench for tighten
Connecting rod and cylender head and other important part
And paint oilcap on engine and gearbox diffrent color or leave it paintless

Don't waste money just in painting. you even didn't replace head gasket, connecting rod bearings, and filters.
