A tip for your trapping wire, have your wire rolled up nice and tight like it’s a new roll and wrap duct tape, the silver helps with visibility, wrap it completely all over so no wire is showing. Then cut a golf ball sized hole in just one side where the center is. You will be pulling wire from the center and can do it with one hand and don’t have to worry about it becoming a mess. Can’t remember where I saw that trick but it sure is extremely handy.

If you in a state that you can not set 330 like shown. If you can use snare in place of the 330. I had used this type of set with snares. Got 2 beaver from that type of set. Just to give othe ideas on what work for me, since can not use 330 out of water and need to be completely under water.
