"Throwing Fire"
Turns out an Arch-Lich is a more worthy opponent than some random dude that steals museum exhibits.
+Tyranoman Who would've thought?
Turns out rafaam wasnt even trying, if he went rafaam unleashed he would have beat the living shit out of kt ( power of the titan)
+Tyranoman More like an intergalactic etheral arch-thief who has a staff with the power of the Titans, against a ressurrected mage.
So, no.
+Gabriel Dasaro Not everybody appreciates a sense of humour I guess.
***** Indeed.
You had me dying when you said the secret to winning as Rafaam was to tag team into Jaraxxus.
The ultimate secret to this Brawl is to turn one concede as Rafaam.
lol true
+Blip Blop Weird I always turn one concede as Kel'Thuzad... Mostly because I love a challenge and Rafaam is not that bad when you first get the hang of it
+chrisberg2 played at least 15 games as rafaam, even more against a friend in which I had him even skip turns to see if rafaam could ever accomplish anything useful. rafaam ends up being a sub-par control deck against a ludicrous deck that's on tempo is OP legendaries 99% of the time. is it a trash deck? prolly not, but its definitely trash in the tavern brawl. doesn't matter how well you play
You must have been very unlucky because I tend to make Kel'thuzad topdeck and dominate the board as Rafaam... Even when they get the best possible turn 3 into Heigen I always had it turn into a pit snake. I must admit I sucked with Rafaam in the start untill i watched Trumps first video and suddenly I just kept on pwning Kel'thuzad.
+Blip Blop The true secret is to play your staff as fast as possible regardless of values and start summoning legendary for 4 cost lesser
and secondary you need the zero cost aoe on your hands early on or else you will be face rekted which is also rng
so to win as rafaam you need both side of rng on your enemy not getting counter spelling your staff and you getting the aoe spell
When a character is so bad that Jaraxxus has to step up.
To win as Rafaam, rope every turn to make your opponent run out of battery of he's playing on his cell phone.
+Handsome Harry lol
+Handsome Harry I win as Rafaam constantly...
+jppfeil I personally find Rafaam to be just fine until opponent kills their Heigan because the tempo is nuts
+jppfeil You opponents must suck.
So it seems the correct strategy for playing as Rafaam is concede on turn 1.
+SephirothClone Exactly that.
+SephirothClone Hilarious, but no. The correct strategy is to first: realize your deck sucks. Second: Upgrade your staff as FAST as possible. The first staff piece isn't worth using, but the second one is better than most of what you'll draw. And the third one is a HUGE tempo advantage, with very powerful cards. KT has NO board clears, and no real catch-up mechanics. Once he falls behind, he stays there.
+Hellbane224 Serious Sally
+Hellbane224 well the deck doesnt suck its just compared to KT's it cant keep up with that hero power all kel has to do to win is get one of the good legends and just necro it over over and over again
+SephirothClone Every Rafaam concedes and there's no brawl. Good strategy.
"Apparently this is how you win as Rafaam" You mean by testing for the same fucking secret 5 turns in a row?
+Lennon1398 I've only used 3 spells and killed 5 minions, I can't be sure if its vaporize.
Is this just a big setup for the next brawl where Rafaam will be Unleashed and Kel'Thu-freaking-zad will have a 5% win rate?
+Chillaxorita Rafaam just steals Kel'Thuzad's deck like in the adventure lol
+Chillaxorita I actually had a 60% winrate as rafaam, i sucked at kelth.
Rafaam was the better side in this brawl.
The KT player has to get somewhat lucky, in that KT is screwed if Rafaam draws the staff pieces before you can secure board control. The moment KT loses control of the board is the moment the game is lost, as he has practically no way to regain it.
epsleon
False. wtf even are you talking about. Rafaam can rarely take board control even with his board clear because KT can infinitely spawn legendaries that are stronger than Rafaam's random legendaries, assuming Rafaam even has time to upgrade and play his hero power before dying. Even when Rafaam has his full hero power, KT's pay 2 mana for a broken legendary is strictly stronger than Rafaam's pay 2 mana + more mana to play a random balanced legendary as long as you don't get baited into playing bad cards or you don't get pit snaked. The only advantage Rafaam had in the entire brawl was efficient aoe damage, which still isn't good enough if you aren't lucky enough to draw pit snake-morph early and effectively lock out KT's hero power and duplicates. AND even if you do, KT naturally gets broken legendaries just by drawing each turn, so he can repopulate his board and win even without his broken hero power.
+Chillaxorita as rafaam the 2 staffs are like always in your first 10 cards. the winning tactic is that you collect board clear and cheap legendaries and make your big overrun turn, clear almost everything, and take control of the board. kelthuzat has almost no way to claim it back properly
i miss the days where you could look up Trump and Donald trump wouldn't show up.
I feel you...
+Adam Pawn I too miss the days where trump wasn't running for president.
I have the anti-Trump application from donaldjdrumpf.com and it's awkward using it while watching Trump play Hearthstone.
Trump Trump Trump Trump! Build that Wall!
agreed
"were all the other Kel Thuzad players terrible" and he finally figures it out
Naxxramas is not a friendly place for archaeologists.
x)
How to win as Rafaam: Don't be Rafaam.
+Nerdnumberone You win by not playing bad as Rafaam
chrisberg2 How to win as Rafaam: Don't be Rafaam, be Jaraxxus.
YOU FACE JARAXXUS!
God I'm so mad just watching this he had like 10 dead 1/1 spiders and got gluth three times in a row
so the only way to win as rafaam is to get horribly bm'ed and then beat him with someone who isnt actually rafaam
Or hero power deathwing.
+andrejoss475 If you get reasonable hand, you can outvalue him. Idealy you must at turn 5 be at your max upgraded hero power and just spam legendaries.
Also easy way to counter KT partialy is to simply do not kill his first minions. If KTs hero power remains inactive until turn 8, you will be able to deal even with heigans on board. KT has only 6 direct damage cards (two frostbolts) so you can stay quite low on health for long time.
And if he will play more stuff, then you can start killing lesser threats to make sure that he will never know what comes up from his necromancy.
iglidor
inactive hero power until turn 8 ???? do you really think you can not do anything until turn 8 and still get away with it ? you would have to be so incredibly lucky to not get killed during that time since all of his damage comes from minions and for it to be inactive you need to kill some minions
andrejoss475 I never said "do nothing"
But depending on what oponent plays, you should not play minion with attack that can kill his, you should upgrade your hero power to max and simply wait.
Of course if oponent startts playing more that just that one card, go wild. Main problem is when KT knows for 100% what he will get from his necromqancy. I mean even playing just Saphiron alongside his Heagan the Unclean (or whatever is his name) will allow you to start outvaluing him.
Point is to not get into graveyard just that one single superOP minion and nothing else. If oponent does not play anything else till turn 8, great for you. if he starts playing then jsut kill all
I would've gone for the tie at the end. He was pretty cool, I think he deserved a tie.
+Issun McGoodmage but then you wont win as Rafaam
***** He had the opportunity to, therefore, it was basically a win. A tie would be cooler anyway.
He wouldn't either way since he was playing as Jaraxxus :P
The gap in strength between KT and Rafaam may indeed be high, but, odd as it may sound, I actually find Rafaam more fun. Once I got my Tavern Brawl quest gold, I honestly wanted to play Rafaam more. Sure, I lost more often ... okay, a LOT more often. But getting that third level staff made things really, really fun.
Just my take. If you want/need to just win in order to achieve objectives, such your Brawl pack or quests, then sure, you want Kel'Thuzad. But I still stand by my claim that Rafaam is more fun.
I like this week's Brawl quite a bit. They put some extra work into this one and it shows. I bet it will re-appear in the future and be a bit more balanced next time.
+IgnatzKolisch His Heroic is more fun indeed. I really love gathering all staff pieces and getting hyped for the next Legendary.
Would be neat if you could face Rafaam vs Rafaam.
I always coined the staff pieces to get the good hero power as soon as possible and it made the games a lot easier as Rafaam
+Itama The only easy games as Rafaam, are the ones that the opponent is a completely noob and have crappy hand at the same time
that end of the last match could have been hilarious if Lady Nazjar would've turned an enemy into Bolf Ramshield and none of the friendlies into a taunt .. :D
should of added Jaraxxus 1-0 on that scoreboard at the end
+danielchen3350 should of written should have, ayy lmao
my friend got the majordomo and it made him 30 health, 30 armor ragnaros when he was a heavily damaged rafaam
trick with rafaam is to not be rafaam, apparently
+Daniel Ma I think rag wanted to be included in this brawl since last time people shat on his brawl :3
+Daniel Ma Nice attempt to troll people into playing majordomo :P
Jeroen Verschaeve the majordomo was in the tavern brawl so it used the ragnaros files from the ragnaros vs nefarion brawl when my friend got him
the opponent thought it would make him a 8 health 8 armor ragnaros but it didn't
the majordomo was good for the tavern brawl but can be worse in ranked
Daniel Ma I would very much like to see footage of that.
Jeroen Verschaeve
1. my friend told this to me so i wouldn't be the one to have footage
2. if it did happen to me, i don't have recording equipment
3. i play casually on hs so i didn't play the brawl too much as rafaam either way
sorry but i don't have footage
brawl is over anyways so it's unimportant
While the guy in the last game is obviously trying to let Trump win, that game is the single most satisfying win i have ever watched on Trump's channel haha xD
Kel'Thuzad may be the better endboss, but Rafaam will always have the better begin game quote. Almost sounds like he's MLG airhorning WITH HIS VOICE!
I'd listen to that quote for my whole life
+Huy Phan He's so delightfully handicapped
+Huy Phan It's not his voice though, it's an announcer. The tavern dude, to be more specific.
Edeinawc Nonono! The part where he goes: "RAFAAM! THE SUPREME ARCHAEOLOGIST!"
Huy Phan I know, I'm just saying that it's not Rafaam's own voice there. :3 It's an announcer. I meant Innkeeper, not tavern dude. I think it's his voice, thought I'm not 100% sure. Just see the difference between the timbre of the voice between the announcement and his own personal quotes.
I would like to see something like: KelThuzad vs Nefarian and Ragnaros vs Rafaam in the next tavern brawl :D
+LolokarSK Nefarian would probably wreck KT. Nefarian has tons of removal and even better hero power than KT.
If Nefarian started out with the extra mana he'd win. Ragnaros would easily win, his cards are even more OP than kelhuzad's
Of course it would need some balance changes oh my good...
I got all sweaty when trump almost dragged the " Deal 5 damage to ALL characters .
I've had a game where I got both staff pieces in the starting hand. Another where I got them both in the mulligan. Turn 4 legendaries was fun.
I won as Rafaam on my first run by being on 2 health and then hero powering into reno and healing 58 health for 2 mana, then just clearing up with tons of legends.
+Frogger well the luck there is ridiculous, there are plenty of doubles in rafaam's deck
+deamonyoshi876 I'm not sure why they added the yellow border to Reno. It seems super confusing to me. That and 18 deck slots is just more than I can handle at any one time. The turn I got Reno was green. I draw one card and BAM yellow. If there wasn't a new border, I wouldn't have known how salty I should have been.
I haven't lost as Rafaam... You just have to wait it out and overwhelm him with legendarys. AOE and board control is everything.
+deamonyoshi876 I know, that's what I'm saying. You have to get incredibly lucky to win against a half decent player
Trump- "so I guess you top deck the staff then coin out the staff, is that how it works?" ( proceeds to play exact opening as previous game)
That was hilarious and awesome XD that last match as you playing Rafaam was so good man XD
If rafaam hero power had a higher chance to get a deathwing this would have been a less one sided brawl
+MyViolador So many times I was on the Deathwing believing side, horrible fucking brawl for poor Rafaam, just plain horrible.
+MyViolador True.
+MyViolador I think KelThuzads' hero power should have costed 3 mana to make it a bit more balanced.
I actually got deathwing and ragnaros 2 turns in a row so i won hard against kel
Oguz FaN
That could work too.
i won my first game as rafaam because of duplicatet creeper and then just 1/1s for my opponent. I was like hey this isnt so bad. But when i rolled Rafaam again I realized my opponent was just an idiot in the first game.
+tharrock337 Yeah. Sad thing about tavern brawl is that it will pair you with opononent with similiar number of gamwes won.
So after first 3-5 games you will encounter only KT players who know what they are doing.
Tips for those having Trouble with Rafaam is to muligan for the Goblet of Hakkar (changes a minion into a pit snake) and Lady Naz jar (changes all minions to minions of the same cost) Use your hero power and staff piece cards and wait until they play what they want to revive and/or duplicate then change it. Making it so that there are more likely to revive a weak card then there overpowered ones should be your focus.
That last game was actually pretty sick
Just had a kelthuzad game and at one point had a board full of mogushun warden. Not only did I win. But I was able to BM for multiple turns. This brawl is jacked...
For those wondering I got mogushun through lady nazajar. And then was never lucky with resurrects.
that rafaam intro is hilarious XD
You could have sabotaged a couple of players if you had played counter-spell on turn 3.
@Trump Part 1 link does not go to the part 1 video, instead it goes to a private video even tho the part one of this brawl is not private. Just a heads up.
LOL that kappa guy is a legend
+bob smith That was a fight that deserved a draw at the end. Silly chat and their love of milling.
37:40 transform your own spectral gothic into a pit snake...?
+NumdegasedUHC And then how to deal with Thadius?
+NumdegasedUHC It would have summoned another thaddius had he not pit snake-d stalagg
+3Durka1 shadow word death
Lady Nazjar is a type of board clear - using her when you opponent has a ton of good stuff out is the way to win. Bait everything
@ 2:50 thats exactly what I did, but coin out Heigen at turn 2 then duplicate turn 3 so I had a board full of them pretty fast.
That moment when you wasted 3 minutes thinking trump was thinking when in reality, the video was just buffering.
1:55 And that's why you Counterspell. Preventing Rafaam's staff is the biggest counter to him you can do.
If they really wanted to make Rafaam stronger, they shouldve given him more artifacts. For instance:
Staff of Medivh (Weapon) - 4/3 +3 Spell Damage, Battlecry: Turn an enemy into a sheep
Book of Medivh (Spell) - Polymorph all the enemy minions. Alternatively, fill your board with random demons.
Give him an Ashbringer, Gorehowl, and maybe Doomhammer, as useless as that last one would be.
Fruit of the World Tree (Spell) - Fully heal, draw 3 cards
Chen's Ale Keg (Spell) - Give all enemy minions a 50% chance to hit the wrong target.
Fun stuff, yknow?
Those ideas seem great, if I was blizz I'd put them in a future brawl. Also thematically fits rafaam since he steals everyone's shit
+Sean Finch They could've also added actual voice clips, what's your point
Seriously. Playing as Kel and just re-spawning the same legendary minion over and over is how you win.
Rafaam was the underdog? Honestly didn't notice when I tried it, just rushed staff and won that way. Though I probably just got lucky and had all staff pieces in hand on first draw
+flamefoot12 That's the way to play with Rafaam, build the staff asap, use lots of removal (particularly turn x creature into a random creature / pit snake) and steadily build up an advantage.
The last game:
The beginning: "Trump you can win"
The middle: "Trump's gonna lose"
The near to the end : "HOW IS HE STILL ALIVE ?!?!?!?!?"
The end: "HOW'D HE WIN ?!?!?!?!?!?"
+Jho _ because Kappa is an idiot... thats why trump has won that game
29:05 plays a spell... 5 seconds later, it must be counterspell LOL
Playing as Rafaam, board clears are super valuable. To win, go max greed and save them until your opponent has a full (or close to full) board. Don't waste them on 2-3 minions.
I've won more games as Rafaam than as Kel'thuzad. The key is just to save your removal tools for when they're -really- necessary. You have 60 HP, you can take a few hits from weaker minions.
But KT does have a few instant win conditions, for instance, starting with Heigan with Rafaam having no way to get rid of it that isn't killing it.
+Quin Decim As well as Counterspell against the Staff Piece spells.
Dude all Kel thuzad needs to is play one broken minion then abuse the hero power for the rest of the game. No amount of removal is going to save you the game from an endless swarm of op minions.
+ievimonkey pit snake spell stops that. also entomb is good in this TB
My fav KT win condition is duping the Instructor for 60 health in runeblades.
+Quin Decim Good luck ever drawing your removals, just watch Trump playing there how long it took to get flamestrike or those lothars greaves to appear, game usually ends long before that, only reason he stayed the game is Kappa purposely playing badly.
Hyper link at the beginning for part 1 goes to private video but the one in the description box works fine.
Drawn Heigan, played Mad Scientist instead. Omega good job!
I won as Rafaam for two reasons: I got the big AoE early, and the opponent diluted their resurrect pool. They played Creeper early and kept resurrecting the spectral spiders.
I won as rafaam for one reason, I friends my opponent told him I rolled rafaam 5 time in a row and lost, so I begged him to concede.
"Another secret is that you stop becoming rafaam"
Bu-bu-but rafaam fizzlebang is in charge here
It says part 1 is private.
A swear word slipped out in that one
it's a private part! that's why!
If you have counterspell as KT on starting hand you want to play it as soon as possible to stop Rafaam from getting staff piece and you pretty much win the game right there.
Probably should keep the Archers till later, they can be a 4 mana flamestrike that leaves two 2/2s on your board. You have 60 HP anyway, you can take it slow.
The big problem with Rafaam is that he is at the complete mercy of the RNG. Kel'Thuzad has *reliable* tricks, and even his Hero Power isn't that random if you know what you're doing >>
"Is that Counterspell?" Stay home, Trump, you're drunk :D
I have played as Rafaam, continue with Ragnaros and end up with Jaraxxus. And still got a win!
it was the most amazing brawl I have ever played!
*Trump on turn 1 about to coin out mad scientist* "wait...did I check for counter spell?"
I think the problem with this brawl is just that they didn't print any new cards for rafaam: He already had a gimmick where he summoned all the previous bosses, and also plenty of fairly powerful artifacts from rummage, which they basically just threw together with a bunch of other LOE cards and called it a day. The thing is, those cards had to be at least slightly balanced, so that the adventure would be beatable (in the case of the bosses) and still actually interesting (the artifacts) whereas with kelthuzad, they actually created a ton of really strong cards, specifically designed for the over the top wackiness of tavern brawl. Even if he did start off with his final hero power right away, it would still be him trying to fight with slightly stronger than usual cards (discounted normals and adventure cards) vs Kelthuzad fighting with stupidly unfair stuff.
Was anyone else confused because they didnt read "tavern brawl" :P
Man the Kel'Thuzads I played against must have been insanely bad because I went 6-1 as Rafaam. He was my favourite of the two to play. gotta push that button!
This Brawl was really a joke. KT had such a massive advantage that the only ways that Rafaam won was a dumb Kel'Thuzad or incredible luck. I remember winning one game where I only played the coin and Heigan. I milled myself constantly and only made a Heigan each turn. I won quite effortlessly.
Anyone else love the way Rafaam says "RUH-FAA-UHMM" lol
If I buy the first wing of naxx before they remove it can I still buy the rest after they remove it?
I was playing against a Rafaam and had him down to 10hps when he pulled a Reno Jackson...was so upset...couldn't recover
40:20 I'm invincible! WOOOSH!
i just can't get over how one sided this tavern brawl is. i'm just glad i managed to win one with rafaam.
Guys i got a question. so i have a couple of golden cards to disenchant to get a legendary. i would get more cards but im poor as hell. da only ptoblem is, i kinda like my golden cards. would u disenchant them if u were my situation?
soo who is the bigger boss Anub`arak or Anub`rekhan?
+Pavlin Pavlov Anub'Arak. He is/was the king of the Nerubians
Pavlin Pavlov They are both a nub... so its hard to say.
i tried to watch part one but it is set to private? just thought you should know
I played Kel just like that! Heigan, button, button, duplicate, button... you see where this is going lol.
Next battle should be Dragons vs Wyrms : Nefarian vs Sapphiron
Sapphiron's Hero Power could act as "Cone of Cold" (Freezing 3 minions and dealing 1 damage to each)
Nefarian's Hero Power could "Summon a 2/2 Dragon"
Sapphiron having a Tempo Deck, freezing big targets and trying to edge out value on the board.
Nefarian having an Aggressive Deck, flooding the board with Dragons and using Inspire and Dragon Synergies.
This series within Tavern Brawl is very enjoyable, though I believe having the classes closer in power level and speed would provide a better experience; Tempo vs Control isn't enjoyable, especially when Control has a very bad mulligan.
aaaaaaargh the number of times trump had the opportunity to use counterspell against rafaam upgrading his staff and didn't was infuriating
The actual trick to winning as Rafaam is to manipulate RNG to make sure your opponent doesn't draw Heigan.
Is there persistent brawl MMR?
I suspect it's either based on the number of wins this week or your win loss ratio this week.
43:00 if opponent gets lightwell, he should survive so you kinda introduced a loss condition when the game should've been locked up.
MY FAVOURITE NAGABALL TEAM IS OATS AND GOATS!
Dude was nice enough to throw the game for you, you couldn't even return the favor with the tie.
..I..
Jaraxxus to Rafaam be like 'Sup mah nigga, gtfo and lemme handle this shit!'
inferno!
Daniel Leyde What's funny is that that 6/6 for two mana is probably going to be better on average than what legendaries Rafaam's hero power could get you.
+HighLanderPony Eydis Darkbane dislikes this comment.
HighLanderPony ikr
Way to win as rafaam is to moligan hard for pit snake into opening hand since you have tons of cheap minions that you do not mind losing while it is much easier to deal with pit snake ressurecting every turn then with heigan resurecting every turn.
Rafaam needs more saps and polymorphs to counter KT tactic of playing only minions that are strong and do not spawn more weak minions.
Also good luck if you encounter KT who has in starting hand both Feugen and Stalog and coin on top of that.
Managed to kill Thadeius 9 times before I died simply because I never got that pit snake at beginning to prevent that
Got to be honest but I've curb stopped players as Rafaam, that said I didn't hold onto my staff pieces ever. I played them as quick as possible to get the highest value out of my hero power. And No, you can get both staff pieces in an opening hand, and be pressing the button hard by turn 4/5.
I must be really lucky I guess. I only played two games. Got Rafaam both times. I absolutely ate KT first game. The second game, he decided to push face when things stopped going his way. He managed to get me 12 before I started completely wiping the floor with him with 5 cards in hand against his 2 and 4 minions on board against nothing.
Trump, just why? you had lethal at 12:32 with the frostbolt that you just got that turn and Dark Cultist to the face. You could have saved 3 seconds of your life. XD
IMO the easiest way to win as rafaam (and very fun one) is that you get double staff upgrade and some early aoe.
Then you play both staff upgrades and pray to god you get good legendaries :P
rafaam really needs cards like vanish and transformation into frog etc
+Rohit Kalra he need all his boss from his expansion too
6:30 I see trump is thinking about joining the VapeNation VN
Ive had great luck with Rafaam, I guess I may just be lucky, but I just mull into removal and activate Staff Pieces asap, even if a better tempo play is available, I usually end up winning by tapping some dank legendaries with the 3rd staff piece. However, KT is still the absolute winner of this brawl.
Hahah that Kappa might have been me, my battle tag is Kappa#1195. I remember not knowing how to play, and emoting quite a bit. I'm not new to the game, I just didn't get the tavern brawl at first and just tried to control. It was quite fun, but I don't remember if I was playing Trump, as I usually don't look at the other players name.
I think the problem with this brawl is that while Kel-Thuzad has a bunch of special extremely undercosted minions, Rafaam doesn't have enough similarly efficient board clear to make up for it, at least not when Kel-Thuzad gets his hero power up and running.
+Izandai Yeah, technically Rafaam wins lategame, but Kelthuzad has to severely misplay, or draw all his expensive stuff for the first 5 turns, or Rafaam has to have a godly hand and early draws in order for the game to last that long.
+Easton Lucas And if Kel'Thuzad gets one of his generically good minions in his opener (the 3 mana 4/5 that deals 4 every turn, the 4 mana 5/4 that dies and becomes a thing on their board that hits them for 4 every turn, any of the minions that have relevant bodies and don't make other minions) and Rafaam can't deal with them in a way that doesn't involve killing them (can't turn them into snakes or random other minions of the same cost and can't entomb them) Rafaam just can't win because Kel'Thuzad just gets to hit button get good creature for the rest of the game.
best troll i had as kel'thusad: only using stalagg and feugen... after a while of 2 mana of one guy, you have the option of: stalagg, feugen, or thaddius for only 2 mana!
+RKBock Rafaam just passes/upgrades first 5 turns and transforms your great minions into junk with the 5 mana 5/5 minion or with the pit snake.
that is, if he gets them i had this chance only 3 times. two times it worked with no resistance and once he tried to stop it with the 5/5 naga, but it was too lat as i already had thaddius. so the chances were for me, as well as the other cards i had. (finished it with the sword)
Lol, Darkness Calls says 'trigger their battlecries', yet it summoned Noth and triggered its ability, too.
32:26 Eydis+Flame Lance combo!
The trick to winning as Rafaam is killing as many spiders in the early game as possible. that way the other player will become a paladin, and you'll have an advantage.
Agreed
+HueNost those who play the spiderlings are dumb as fk tho ;p
Kappa, is so good
Hey Trump I heard that you are running for president. I don't understand why people keep trash talking about you but you seem like a nice guy. Best of luck to you!
That's a different Trump.
+Avatar HA
lies its the same trump
*****
No, google it. His name is Donald Trump!
Avatar HA i did. its the same fkn tromp
*****
No, it's not the same Trump! The presidential candidate is called Donald Trump and this Trump's real name is Jeffrey Shih.
11:07 patchwerk hit it from behind?
Is there special dialogue if you summon Kel'Thuzad as Rafaam? There should be.
So I believe there was a way trump could have Not won that last turn due to lady nazjar, allthough Im not sure if the Triggering works as such:
If the Creeper had become a Doomsayer and Noth a Malorne, would the Doomsayer kill Malorne first, then Malorne would go back to his deck, to then Draw Malorne instead of Fatigue? This is interesting, allthough Im 80% sure Drawing happens after Doomsayer, I just don't know if it happens after Malorne's Effect.
That being said, the only way Kel Thuzad could have won in that turn was by resurrecting a Heigan the Unclean (Really small chance) and winning the 20% chance.
So technically, Probably a Missplay. Or maybe Not.
Opinion; Me.
+Antares Luis Wouldn't the Doomsayer have to wait till the end of the next turn since nazjar triggers at the end of Trump's turn, the Doomsayer is actually spawned at/after the end of that turn, not before the end, (e.g the start of Kappa's turn). Interesting theory though
It was *definitely* a misplay! He should have gone for the tie.
***** Im sure when a Doomsayer appears (e. g. from a Bomb hitting Shredder after turn is ended) he still kills everything before draw.
+Antares Luis true, he could have survived that way and then summoned the random 4 damage thing and gotten 4 damage to face in and win Kappa that's some odds tho
It wasn't a misplay, catching that happening on camera would be the greatest highlight in the history of Hearthstone.
