Adverse law bohut sahi Gaon mein yeh payaa gaya hain ki obc aur sc st ke bohut se ghar banne hain jo kisi aur ke zameen par aisa is liye hain kyuki ekk section ke pass power thi unhone dusro ke gahar ke jameen bhi apne naam karaa rakha but yeh adverse possession wahaa par kaam aata hain

Sir 40 साल पहले मैने 30 dimsmil जमीन केवला करवाया था, जिससे केवला करवाया था, उसके नाम पर 15 डिसमिल जमीन था, बाकी 15 डिसमिल उसके पत्नी के नाम था, उसने मुझे पूरा 30 डिसमिल केवला कर दिया था, अब 40 साल बाद उनकी पत्नी ने 15 डिसमिल जमीन दूसरे को रजिस्ट्री कर दिया, मुझे जो रजिस्ट्री किए थे उनका देहांत हो चुका है, अब उनकी पत्नी ने जो 40 साल बाद फिर से दूसरे को रजिस्ट्री है कि है वो कैंसिल हो सकती है क्या ? जमीन पर मेरा जब से रजिस्ट्री कराए हैं 40 साल पहले तब से शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से खेती कर रहे हैं, और 30 डिसमिल का रसीद भी कट रहा है,

I don't think legislation need to enlarge time period of 12 Year when a person who sleeps over there right then why court listen to them this act and conduct of defendent shows that how he negligent on there part. The person who don't apply suit for recovery of possession it's deemed that person still spell over there right if time period extend. In my point of view no extension of time period required. If this provision misuse by land mafia or goon and government already know about it then why they don't take any action against them. It's shows that government failed to protect their citizens.
