I have loved this song since I was very little, and Jackie performed it for me as a special request. Of all of the romantic, dazzling songs she performed on my special night, this was my absolute favorite.

Jackie does such great work on her songs, but every once in a while she soars. Although this is a simple melody I think you would be hard pressed to find a better performance. Thank you for posting this treasure.

The most beautiful, angelic and heavenly voice I've ever heard belongs to Jackie Evancho. I discovered her in December 2011 when I bought "Heavenly Christmas" while spending Christmas and New Year's in Iceland, where I also was this season. I live in Norway. How beautifully she even renders one of Enya's songs, whom I'm not too familiar with. What a perfect seal on what seems to me to me a most romantic and memorable wedding.

Have heard and seen this many times. this little girl has the most pure and beautiful voice I have ever heard and just brings me to tears. She is beyond incredible and amazing. And in a few days Jackie will be turning 14 years old. Happy Birthday Jackie and you are so precious! 65 years old and I am so mesmerized by this angelic little girl with a voice that melts ice.
Can you even imagine how much better this song would have been if recorded in a proper setting like a studio or theater? I mean this song was done in a raw enviroment without any special sound effects,or acoustics whatsoever and she nailed it!
She captivates her audiances with feeling and warmth... leaving them looking forward to more...!!!

Ms Evancho's bell tone instrument is crystal clear and pure; unique, exquisite and intoxicating. The sound may well be the most beautiful in the history of recorded music. It goes directly to the pleasure center of the brain and is why so many love her voice and are moved to tears when they hear her sing. In addition, she is a joy to behold. In total more than even imagination allows. She puts tears in my eyes and takes my breath away. I am in awe...

It is Jackie's personality the quality that completes her. A perfect voice like hers without a beautiful personality would be a like a pleasant sound coming from an empty space. That is why she wets so many eyes during her performances. You are my angel Jackie.

This video confirms Jackie's voice being able to over come any electronic measures. She is performing outside and other than her mic, she is flawless in sound. That is truly a very, very hard thing to do. I have sat through many outside concerts, and even with the "band shell" or stage "walls" behind or on either side, the majority of singers and even musicians find it extremely hard or next to impossible to get a true sound that they want. Jackie is doing it with NO walls, side props and an open vista to the Ocean behind her.

She sure came a long way since she was 7. Who would ever know how great her voice would become. Just imagine what she will sound like in another 5 years! Just Beautiful. Plus, she is such a wonderful child. I sure hope she stays that way. It would break my heart if she went bad like so many others but with her parents helping her I don't think that will be a problem.

Wonderful! Thank you. Jackie should sing more Enya or similar. Her voice has a timbre and caliber that seems to meld well with the music and lyrics. Enya's music has a somewhat mystical and magical quality about it ... haunting. Jackie does it justice maybe better than anyone.

Enya's sound is achieved by layering her voice as many as 80 times. Her signature sound uses simple arrangements with extensive multi-tracking vocals. The vocals are performed individually, and are then layered together to form a virtual choir, although all the voices are Enya herself. Enya's performances are "semi-live", using playback music and singing.
The sound track on the clip you provided is from this wedding. The song is by Enya and was requested by Yara. The 'wedding' video shown here was recorded 28 April 2012.
