Hi! Thanks much for 300k.:) In previous videos, lots of people requested Chopin’s Etude (Op. 10 No. 12). This piece (Etude Op. 10 No. 12) is known as “Revolutionary Etude”. Actually, this piece was composed when he heard that Russian troops invaded the Warsaw (Polish capital). After Poland’s revolution failed, he cried and said, “All this has caused me much pain. Who could have foreseen it?” Personally, I recommend this piece for students who need to practice the left hand’s technique. Anyway, we hit the 300K subscribers. When I started my channel on UA-cam, my goal was 100k. With your support, this channel has been able to grow. I appreciate your support! Recently, some people support me through Patreon. I will personally contact them soon. I will discuss what compensations to give them. And, lots of people sent me their compositions. I am now checking them. I am thinking about how I should do because there are too many requests.:) I was surprised that lots of people really enjoy the composition. Thank you so much for your support. I will prepare lots of great pieces in the future. Please keep watching my channel! I hope that your family stays safe from coronavirus. Have a good day!
Kassia OMG THANK YOUUU
Nice playing :) love it :)

I regular check the Instagram. But, I can't confirm lots of messages due to too many requests.

Hi, Yll!:) Always thank you for your support! I hope that you are safe.
Omg ya
Lovely performance. Love the dynamic/tonal contrast you’re able to pull from those rare moments of piano between all the stormy passagework.
Yeah i agree
It’s all piano… real piano, pure piano, exactly what you meant by piano, but I say that all the stormy passage work is exactly what you meant by piano too. Isn’t it all beautiful?
Kassia after 10 consecutive days of practising piano during quarantined be like:
Btw wonderful piece, love ur performance ❤️
She can probably play this piece within a lot fewer days than 10 hahaha. She's way too good.
@@FreakieFan especially because the left hand is really the same almost for the whole piece (some key changes but same structure) so not that hard to learn if you already have the technique, what makes it hard is if you don't have the technique to begin with

I've never really liked listening to Chopin Etudes until I came across your channel. You bring life to them to way others haven't. It has a lot to do with your clean technique making the dynamics sing with clarity.
Definitely the type of playing I aspire towards. Reminscent of Cateen's playing.
Blimey - what a fiery performance! Incredible, Kassia :)

I'm very happy to see a channel like this gaining so much traction on UA-cam, I'm so glad that there are people like you exposing the world of classical music to a new audience and performing in such a professional level. Thank you for playing for us. :)
I am learning this piece now, because I love this etude as well as my piano teacher thought it would be a good idea for me to play this. It is quite difficult. In two days, I managed only the first two bars fluently. I listened to several interpretations, and your one is extremely good. Thank you so much Kassia!
I played this etude too, it's difficult to get fluence, but it's funny to play and it's a beautiful piece :)
@@SirloucoPiano lol how is it funny
@@trebleclef9844 I had fun playing this
@@SirloucoPiano yeah same
How the hell do you struggle with this. This etude is like super easy... You just have to do some slow practice for it. It's repetitive and doesn't have that much variation, and there aren't that much technical challenges
I don’t even have to watch and I can already tell this is going to be an Amazing performance because it’s from Kassia
Thank you!:)💕 It means a lot to me.:)
Please, play Chopin Mazurkas
I will consider it. Thank you for your suggestion!💕
@@Kassiapiano yes u must play them because your interpretations are the best on UA-cam 🙏

@@rochoa7408 Chopin mazurkas and nocturnes are my favorite pieces, espesially op 67 no 3 and op 63 no 2 and 3

Really nice textures! Maybe I'll try that if ever I upload this cover. It's a struggle though, twisty and stretchy for me. Amazing, and the Steinway sounds good on it! Congrats on 300k!
I watch some of your videos your videos are cool
I’ve heard other people play this piece on UA-cam before, but your performance is my favorite! 👍🏻
Hands down the best of performance of it'a kind, your musicality clearly shines beyond other similar videos/channels (I mean just the bass F at 1:08 is just ooohhhhh....) and the fact that you can pull it off on a digital (I assume) is mindblowing! You are amazing! Please stay safe and healthy and keep entertaining us during these hard times! All the best!
TheGreenPianist Actually she uses a yamaha grand piano and has leds installed and uses software for the visuals. The reason it sounds so good is because shes the only pianist besides Rousseau to have this kind of quality microphone setup, but Rousseau uses a digital piano so Kassia by far has the best audio quality of anyone.
AHHHH! I thought i was the only person who really REALLY admired that *BASS F* 😆
The way you play this, is outstanding kassia!! The quality of every piece/video is splendid from the beginning! Btw: i was ur 120th subscriber ;)

Hi, Jake:) Thank you for your comment!💕
Thank you, Kassia, for sharing your talent with us. I enjoy watching the ballet of your beautiful hands flying all over the keyboard. They can be gentle and gracious, stroking the keys softly in quiet and peaceful passages. They can also be powerful, incredibly fast and accurate when the music demands it. Add to that the visual effects and it is quite mesmerizing to watch! I know how much effort and dedication it takes to learn and perform those difficult pieces, even as talented as you are. I do not take it for granted, and it is always with excitement, joy, and gratitude that I watch your performances. Thank you again for making my day brighter.

Thank you very much for bring back my memory. When I first time to hear this, it was more than 20 years ago, my secondary school class mates performed it on the annual school art festival. I remember that he was like 15 or 16 years old. I am not sure good or bad his perform because I don’t know much about Chopin that time. Now he is one of our country’s young musician.

Definitely a good piece! The next in this little series would be the March Funebre, if I remember correctly.
I never got why Chopin didn’t finished the piece with a “end sound”, I mean, he just needed to put a C minor chord and BAM!... end sound!
The endings of romantic music were a lot different than todays music end chords. Al lot of chopins and Rachmaninoffs pieces ends like that
