    Thanks dude I use 5 of these cause im old just cost me another 75 bucks but hey already spent half my retirement on saddle gear and that was the part i also hated the most about the sticks

      Happy to help! A bummer to keep spending money on sticks that are already expensive, but definitely worth the upgrade.

    I found that trimming the pins shorter so that they didn't require as much force to pull apart once seated was helpful.

      Good suggestion. The ones in mine are now all the shorter ones designed for the top for that very reason.

      How do you get the short ones? And how do you know if you already have them? I have the gen 3 stix

    I'm a little concerned about it being too hard to get them apart, and also the noise factor when they click together. I also do not like how it sticks out and your foot could hit it. But it would be easier at night when you can't see though.

      All valid concerns, but after using them all season and getting used to them, none of those have turn into problems or frustrations for me.
