The kitchen island provides some added counter space, and the laundry offers a bit of storage. The sunroom is too beautiful to limit its access to just one bedroom! It needs to be shared space.
I absolutely love the sunroom off the bedroom; only thing that room needs is its own bathroom. I already know my cats are going to take over the sunroom 😹😹

Very nice! Sun porch needs to be off of the kitchen. Master needs separate bathroom and walk in closet. Would like one more small bedroom with the restroom jack and jill style.

Kitchen seems good, but the island needs at least one plug in on it for the slow cooker/air fryer. Be nice to expand the kitchen/dining over that front little deck area. I would sacrifice one of those lower cabinets in the laundry room so I could have side by side washer/dryer. Stacked are too hard/high for me. Otherwise, nice house, really nice.
The A/C and heating unit typically go outside. In the two two-story homes I’ve lived in the A/C is outside and the furnace is in the attic. I have had a hot water heater under a house, in a garage, and in a small storage room attached to the back of the home.
These cabins look more like houses down south and everyone down here has there AC/heating units outside and the water tank goes in the utility closet with the washer and dryer

I do not like the toilet being right next to the front door. That belongs back in an adjacent hall way out from the kitchen. The sit bench and hooks for coats and cabinets right by the door are lovely.

Where I live it's very common and considered practical, far way from the kitchen. 😅

No one wants to enter a beautiful home and be greeted with potentially bad toilet odors 😢 I'd turn that into more storage or bench space.
TV above the fireplace is tacky. Flip the kitchen . The table is on the wrong side. Screened porch is a plus but way to small.
