Hi . I am 18 year old and live in Lucknow. I have straight hair on top but curly in bottom and i was always worried about my hairs that how to take care of these hairs as traditional hair care is not working which is for normal hairs. I came to know about CGM recently. I am going to start it so can you verify my method and products as I have mentioned below 👇- . Pantene lively clean shampoo before starting CGM for clarifying 1. Mama Earth shampoo or Johnson's baby shampoo. 2. St. Botanica go curls conditioner. 3. Ustraa hair cream 4. Set wet cool gel. Please help me to confirm that are these products beginners friendly as these products do not contain sulphates, silicone, parabens, and other harmful chemicals. So can I go for these products. Please reply back .
Hey!! Yes you can start with the above 👍🏼. Also sulphates and silicones are not harmful chemicals, it's just that it will not suit for many with curly hair. Eg. Silicones weigh down my hair and sulphates can be drying if shampoo is not formulated for curly hair specifically but that same shampoo can be loved by a straight hair person as they usually have an oily scalp
You can depending on your hair type (they are not dry) the weather you are in, and it should be a mousturizing Gel. Then yes. Something like ashba serum gel
My hair loves hair mask. All the conditioners that I have used could not conditioned my hair. I have a doubt that does coco soul conditioner is as good as mask?
If you hair loves hair masks more, it's the best option to use them as Conditioners and DCs when required. And yes this Cocosoul one is a very thick and rich conditioner
From your recommendation i purchased Coco soul shampoo and conditioner when it was in sale for only 199/-. & Set wet gel & ustraa cream. So far im liking it the result only the set wet gel is not holding hair much & my hair length is till hip so I can't figure out how much quantity should i apply in cream & gel (please help me) . Thank you

No dear..they are two very different products. Hair Mask is meant for deep conditioning and it's a heavy product. Leave-in is meant for moisturizing your hair and is not supposed to be rinsed out
😃😃 it will take some time to understand the process and techniques. Don’t just give up in 15 days. Try to figure out what works for you hair and what doesn’t. I am sore you must have seen at least some difference in your hair

You can slowly increase the quantity and see that works best for you. Quantity will depend on your volume and density too.

Yes most deep Conditioners are meant only for hair length. Do not use on scalp unless mentioned on the pack or meant for scalp

Serum can be used if you are just looking for a quick wash day and and want your hair to dry fast but it can't replace a Leave-in
