Great format - thoroughly enjoyed learning about the highs & lows of a week at Berrow Motors. Great to see the crew too (old & new). I look forward to seeing more! Hope your track day goes/went well 😁 🖖
Thanks mate 👍
Wow - 59 minute video! Paused it to get a coffee 😆
Great video Joe with all the insight to running a car dealer/workshop business. Love the way you interact with the TEAM. Yes to the BM merch next you will be on the TV like the Matthewsons Bangers and Cash. Hope to see some footage from the track day.
Thanks Julien, same time next week 👍
Yea. Really enjoyed that. Didn't lose my interest throughout, and I have a short attention span. You come across as a pretty laid back, laconic character, obviously not as laid back as Josh ( by the look of that seat back). Hope things go well for you. Looking forward to the rest of your weekly efforts.
Thanks!
Great video 📹 nice 2 see what actually goes on day today. I'm amazed that silver A8 is still there what a machine 😮 I wish I was in the market I would have it off ya 😢
Lots going on how a busy yard should be. Keep at it joe and gang
Recognise that noise as droplinks soon as I heard it. Where I live speed bumps everywhere and my beautifully softly sprung berlingo needs drop links every 18 months. The roads in uk are shite. Just found channel subbed cheers. Loved this vid as in 60s my old man had a petrol station with a workshop and sales pitch. Round the back were all the smashed up cars he recovered with his landrover recovery truck with a hand cranked crane. No electric winches then. In the workshop there were engines gearboxes all manner of parts everywhere. I never understood how he could put them all back together. His brother in law was a toolmaker and reconditioned heads and made parts etc. he had a landrover out the back with no hood on canvass was rotted it had front and rear towbars used to shunt the smashed up cars. I used to plat in them at 5 yrs ish old blood in them etc😂. I loved going out to recovery’s with him and he used to bring some tasty clients cars home. E types, sunbeam alpines, triumphs and mgs. I loved a convertible then and I still do now at 64. This vlog sort of took me back there. Good luck with all. Best of all my dad could barely write but could read and his general knowledge was incredible. My mum did all his paperwork and he served his mechanical and electrical engineering in the army the rest he just learnt and was naturally skilled in. He would help anyone and never skanked anyone over jobs or money. He was the man who could mend anything. His hobby was carpentry and he built some beautiful furniture. Especially a child’s chair for each of his grandchildren which will be passed for generations
He might as well drive from the back seat if he’s got it reclined that far back. It makes my back hurt just by looking at it. 😂
I’d happily buy one those shirts, they look good!
Haha, agreed!
loving the videos, great content.
20:56 made me laugh loads. I'm 37 now and 100% did that when I was a young driver. I thought that was so cool and i genuinely forgot I used to drive like that. Now at this age I completely agree with your comments. WTF was we doing when we were kids haha.
I was the same!
A great video Joe giving us an insight into how Berrow Motors functions. Looking forward to more :)
Glad you enjoyed it!
Huge congratulations epic interesting video thanks.
Glad you liked it 👍
That was a solid video, enjoyed that thoroughly. Keep seeing that DS3 sat on the farm. Have thinking about getting an A class or a 3 series as a potential upgrade to my car but only been driving a few months so probably should be steady.
Think the A class would be marginally more reliable!
Exactly what I was hoping for, life of a dealer great video will make a interesting series and il be watching them all 👍🏼👍🏼
Loved this video! Defiantly again please!
Thank you! Will do!
Great video! Luv the Focus St and the Fiesta St,be good to see how you make the sales photos and walk around videos 👌
So much better video than 6 months on. Video filmed from afar and bad sound. No context to ilde chat.

Nice video, I'm surprised you manage to find time for yourself Joe!
Not much but I live to work so 🤷♂️
Try local hydraulics fittings shop for bits like the power steering pipes fitting. Some parts are generic which you will pick up for quarter of the price
Thanks, we do for many bits (especially our jet wash hose every week!) this one was a bit specific though
@@ShiftingMetal love watching your videos, all the best 👍
Great watch, look forward to the next one.

Great video, I watched it all the way through, That's an hour of my life i'm never getting back! 😂I love the ins and out's of a car trader! You have some very interesting cars up at the Farm? I'm just up the road from you in Barnstaple, I love the South west it's a cracking place to live!
Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Could you film part of the headlight resto?
Ironically the c63 would be a good investment. I bought e92 m3 16 month ago. Gone up £7k
I love how @29:40 your laurel BM design turns you into Julius Ceaser 😂
Up Cheshire. Didn’t take a call on Saturday. Well prep’d lovely imaged cars priced just back of retail. Roll on Sept…. Resume actual sales. Aug a joke
Great video to watch on my Saturday nightshift…. PS..am on the microwave meals also👍🏻🤪

@@ShiftingMetal chicken curry tonight

Allow those of us in the states to bid on the vehicles.

What's the best way or tool to check popularity of a car in an area?
So what you are saying is, working for Berrow Motors is the stepping stones to fast track your career into McLaren? :P
I know of a lovely Orange MK3 Focus ST for sale!!!
Pretty much!

Thanks mate. Next week even better!
I was driving my dads 1 litre suzuki celerio and I also had a Toyota hilux stuck to my rear window.there are bullies on the road.mmust think they're in that film duel. 😂

🎪🤹
DAN OFF WITH A MIGRAINE AGAIN U R HAVING A LAUGH look at me had a brain heammorrage spent 5 weeks in a coma lucky to pull threw pulse cut out neck glued back together radiotherapy while having a steel brace made for my jaw to operate on the brain , so many ops i lost count , diabetes type 1 catching me up at 29 with 4 injections a day with blood yet i am still here with one finger only working i still manage , SO DAN GET THAT FINGER OUT AND GET BACK TO WORK , gosh the poeple that you employ you got to go threw them like a fine comb .....
and by the way loving it lol good luck on your track day....
"Berrow Motors TW3"? (That Was The Week That Was - showing my age) Maybe get a GPS tracker next time you lend a car to Josh... Are you going to sell petrol/diesel again in the future - pumps boxed in rather than removed? This video a bit long - might be better as an occasional one, eg monthly?
No plans to do fuel again, will remove pumps at some point. Well they’re coming out weekly now, you’re free to watch 1 in 4 though 👍😅
Don’t get it - you got loads of business’s - how come High Peak Matt is always in designer gear and your like a bag of spanner’s grafting ? 😂
I’ve Done those oil coolers on those Mercedes it’s the work of satan it’s a wonder he’s still taking to you great video though
Haha, he volunteered! Can get a bit sick of services I guess 🤷♂️
You employ only people that look like you?🤔
Yes, that’s a requirement of the job. Luckily I look just like 60 year old Adrian and 18 year old Toby 👍😂
@@ShiftingMetal well you in different stages of life. Although I saw one person in the end who did not look like you.
Wow you have few staff to pay 💰 b4 any profit 🙄
Yep, sure do. Why the eye roll though? should I do it all myself and make 100% of a much smaller income?
@@ShiftingMetal Comparing you to chops garage almost a one man band …..all the things that come with staff holiday , sick pay ect ect
@@RumpleXstillXskin Well yes, if you’re worried of employing people and all that comes with it, it’s OK to have a well paid self employed job. Some of us dream a little bigger and take the risks (and reap the rewards)
Each person I employ is more money I make and saves me on outsourcing to other companies. This video doesn’t even include the full time heating engineer I employ for my plumbing business 🤷♂️
@@ShiftingMetal wow fingers in many pies 🥧
Top video, I'm a fan of the 'vlog' type videos 😁 Look forward to the next one!
Awesome, same time next week!
