I just found out about this recently on the TCRF wiki.
This is (apparently) the earliest anti modchip screen implemented in ps1 games before they went to the prohibition sign.

I love how it says "Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. Presents" before the red hand, to proudly show you the most "fantastic" creation they've ever done.

Does the moving actually happens when the warning appears or is it just recording anomalies?
if it's as the red hand showing up that's my capture device keeping up with the sudden resolution changes.
That's really interesting. I wonder if they had that in the SCE Japanese support scripts at all for just "oops you're being naughty!" even if it was a plain Jane retail copy of the game.
Oh, forgot that in JP they deflect the problem over to your retailer instead of putting it on PS customer support's plate.
not as scary as the software terminated screen but i would still wet my pants if i saw this in the middle of the night lol

Yeah, your humor might be broken. This is horrifying. In the actual version the hand doesn’t move. It just appears.

also can you find an SCEI version of Feafrul Harmony? as far as I know and researched I have found no NTSC-J Fearful Harmony so far. thanks!
There's the later Prohibition sign with either English or Japanese. The anti mod protection is disabled if your console is European (PAL).
@@TheRandomChannel_idk Pretty much impossible without a BIOS swap, cause' JP bioses reject any modification to the PS logo and license string.
