My wife is Tanzanian & we often talk about going to check what’s happening in order to invest
Thanks for your videos, I've just subscribed. What you are doing is dispelling this crazy notion a huge section of African Americans have that Africans don't like them. This is untrue. We have resources here in Africa which are being exploited by Caucasians, Indians and Chinese who have access to capital in the own lands. indigenous Africans can't compete. As an African, I prefer black Americans to come in and take ownership of these mines and resources.

Helpful information on the flip side reports are saying that Tanzania and Guinea Bissau has a outbreak of Marburg virus and customs are on alert for those travelers from those countries. Always two sides to a coin.

How can you invest if a non resident/Tanzania can’t technically own property? Isn’t Kenya easier to navigate for someone from abroad?
You can own a property in Zanzibar (coastal island) but not on the mainland , prohibited under the constitution.

You can if you ooen a business
You can only lease but you can’t own , under the constitution law only Tanzanian can own a land , please do your research before buying , it’s a lot of scamming going on if you don’t know your laws . Most foreigners lease they don’t own , unless they become Tanzanian citizens,
In Tanzania you cant own Land as a Foreigner without a lengthy Process...Not even if you are an Indigenous East African..
Its Different in Kenya....
You can Buy Any Land ,Start Any Business and Expatriate your earned Profits...
In that Respect Kenya is better than Even South Africa in Expatriation of Profits..

Zanzibar is an island I don't think CDL would be needed there
I prefer Tanzania for security , l can’t consider South Africa for relocation, a nation of 60 million and nearly 24000 murders in in one year( 2021 data) . I am not jumping from the frying pan into the fire, South Africa is violent 🔥

I think it's constructive criticism. There is no need to feel offended by the truth. South Africa's crime rate is skyrocketing and with our incompetent government, I don't see this changing any time soon. It's one of the factors for people emigrating and moving to other countries. It's unbearable at some point.

I went to Tanzania and Zanzibar in 2021. There were no vax’s needed. We were going to initially stop in Kenya for a week. We would’ve needed a yellow fever vax coming into Tanzania after staying in Kenya over 3 days. So we cancelled going to Kenya and just went to Tanzania. It was amazing and I can’t wait to go back. We LOVED it.
