Theres not many of us actually tuning this platform i actually love it it has weight to it and 9 out if 10 times it goes dead straight im loving my setups so far i have a full drk160 system in one but my other one running trinity 3t with an mmx8s and a tune and im smoking my drk at the end drk has a great launch control system if i can get the castle to do the same its over lol 240 amps on a 2s while my drk capping at 150
I love the upgrades .. I recently got a 2.5 trinity motor but I’m still running my 120 amp spectrum ESC not censored… eventually I will get a better ESC to run the motor with but for now Southeast Texas, Beaumont to be exact it always rains…So haven’t got to test it right
Wow 2.5t you would have to run the purple or black rotor the green one isnt doing to good but the motor is stout im happy with the 3t and purple rotor got it chimed perfectly
Dammmmmm another rs black bites the dust ..You are doing gods work my friend showing us the nitty gritty of this hobby . Hell I think my little mamba x in my dr10 can handle more abuse . Il put 5 passes on it in about 10 minutes before shes hot .
@@nitrousfedfilms5597 I would have bought the rs black if it wasnt on back order at the time ..every esc I wanted wasnt avalible so I threw in a mamba x and a 7700kv castle combo to slowly get better. Iv been 2.54 at 55 mph on the gnss so far . Looking forward to seeing the drk in that losi .
I've been through three Rs Pro blacks in the last year-and-a-half... got away from them one two hits Max.. very powerful but just can't hold up the testing
What kind of restrictions are there when it comes to the no prep competitions because I just wanna build something that just decimated anything and everything with no forseable reason to upgrade anything when I’m done for a very long time

Well I won’t be going with Tekin ESC….Hopefully they have a warranty

I have been 2.38 @ 56 on a timing system
ok my car ran 2.32 only with a combination of sprockets the original engine and original chassis even with the original control using sweet tires
on 56
