- Happy Sunday morning! This was a request we got a couple of weeks ago, and we had fun learning this beautiful song.

This is a perfect example of Reina del Cid's holistic approach to making video-music. You got an interesting natural backdrop (albeit minus publicity-shy squirrel), with a nice intro about where you'all are, and then it's into the song--one that is particularly suited to your way of playing. I'd count this as one of the few uncomplex love songs, in contrast to the many sad and unrequited ones always around. You sing the words out for maximum meaning, minimum overemoting--this blends really well with the second guitar's subtle runs and sharp decorations. A really likeable, genuine performance by two super musicians.
I know Reina and Toni practice and go over the songs they decide to perform but they make it seem so effortless. Truly
professional and so down to earth and humble. Thank you ladies for sharing your music and your time.
I work night shifts half the year and I'm solo at the plant on my side at night. I have my acoustic in my locker and when I'm not knee deep in shit I'll retire to my locker room and play some songs. I quite like that no one even coming on the day shifts knows the joy I've just had letting go by myself in the night

Beautiful voices and incredible guitar playing - a very difficult instrument to play well. Hint to a fellow reader - read anything by P.G. Wodehouse, especially the Bertie Wooster and Jeeves the butler series and the Blandings Castle series with Lord Emsworth. Hilariously funny!! Pure escapism but with a touch of class.
