  • Steps to make healthy payasam
    1)Take a Bowl add one cup of Pottu Minapa pappu roast it.
    2)After getting nice flavor add 2 spoons of rice, these two should be roasted till nice colour.
    3)Grind it. Mix the mixture in cold water for soft texture and keep it aside.
    4)Now Take one more bowl on the stove add 5 cups of water boil it.
    5)Once it is at boiling stage add the mixure to it. Stir continously till the mixure is cooked.
    6)Now add 2 spoons of ghee to it and 2 cups of Jaggery and stir well.
    7)When the payasam comes to a thick stage add 1½ grated coconut and cook for 5 minutes and it is ready to serve
