Bread Pudding (బ్రెడ్ పుడ్డింగ్)

Steps to make bread pudding
1) Take half litre milk and boil it
2)Take 2 spoons of custard powder and mix it with water and keep it aside
3)Remove the crust of the bread and keep it aside
4)Add 1 cup of sugar to the milk and after the sugar melts add the custard powder mixture
stir continuously till some thick consistency
5)Add vanilla essence or Elachi for flavor
6) Take a bowl stack a layer of bread and pour the custard milk on the bread, and dry fruits ( make 2-3 layers)
7) Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs and it's ready to serve #cooking #homemade #kitchen #food #recipe
