man the product is not good. the design is good looking, the functions are nice. big problem is, it doesnt last! i had mine last december, by Jan 20, the problems started first with the battery, and now heart rate, oximeter, step count, all does not work. it sucks big time!! i havent tried the warranty yet coz im not at home but i plan to avail it once i get back. but right now, i am frustrated. i had really high expectation because of the mil grade tests lol. was let down hard!! im going for a garmin forerunner now. learned lesson the hardway lol! btw, i had the tank x1. man KOSPET sucks! glad i didnt go straight for the m2.
Thanks for bringing this up.You're not the first person who's had issues with a brand new Kospet. Glad you got the warranty activated and can get your money back - but it does show that Kospet's quality control is seriously lacking.

As for which Tank I would choose, I'd personally go for the T2. I'm a sucker for a classic round watch design, and I think the T2 is more versatile than the X1. Obviously, the X1 would be a better choice if you're looking for a more fitness-focused tracker rather than smartwatch. So, really, it comes down to what you're looking for in a smartwatch. If you want something stylish looking and versatile, go for the T2. If you want something more fitness-focused, and something looking like ruggedized fitbit then go for the X1. All the best!

I can't find any replacement band for this watch anywhere. The original band didn't last more than 3 months before it started falling apart. Kospet scammers.

My watch band started to crack down the middle and you can not get a replacement. The watch is great the band sucks.
