Hi mate do you get a new O ring when you buy a new filter ? Where do you buy the new rubber ring aroung the filter screw you mentioned? Ive got 4/5 cm air bubbles going down to the engine pump ,,( ive fitted a new priner bulb which stays hard now but still have large bubbles and intermittent injection check emissions faults on the dash,many thanks George
Just to mention that its better to clean the cap of the oil filter 1st before disassembling with a clean paint brush just to get the dust off.If its real dirty clean with plastic cleaner and leave to dry.
did this van have a built intank pump as well becuz i have a 52plate trafic with a tank pump but i dont have a hand pump next to the fuel filter like you have there....

Can you bleed the system without the bulb, by just opening the side screw slightly and turning the engine over (if it starts)

Turn it 90degrees anti clockwise and press in the green tab on the right side

All vehicles have a fuel pump in or nr the fuel tank. This job is changing the fuel filter and priming it.
