In our chemistry classroom, someone wrote on the desk where I sit at: "Do you listen to girl in red?" and so many people wrote yes beneath it, I just find that so cute :)

As a demisexual lesbian, I always found it really strange how some people could just look at someone and say that they like them without getting to know them first. I have had two crushes in my life and they were both quite intense crushes. I also had known them as a friend for a few months before I started to catch feelings. I can acknowledge when someone is attractive but that doesn't automatically mean that I like them.

Taurus here lol. I personally think that many lesbians just tend to dislike men a little more because they don't have the blinders up from being attracted to them. They see them for who they are instead of being more forgiving because they're attracted to them.

A big belief in astrology is a red flag to me. Fine if you believe in it, despite it having no scientific back up. But if you judge people based on where the stars and planets are, it is a no from me

"All lesbians like cats" is one stereotype that is kinda true because statistically queer women own most cats.

You forgot the stereotype that lesbians fall for their best friend!!

I totally agree with the part where you said that gay women are usually more aware when men are being sexist or bigoted. It definitely has a lot to do with the fact that we deal with homophobia. But from my experience, lesbophobia is never just regular homophobia, especially from men. It’s usually misogyny combined with homophobia. So when combined, the misogynistic and homophobic comments from men, combined with the fact that most of us have little to no attraction to men, it makes sense how it could come off as us hating men.

I am so different from a lot of queer girls because I like taking things slow, and I grew up very feminine despite being bi. About the teacher one, haven't really had a crush on an english or drama teacher, but in 11th grade I had a big crush on my chemistry teacher, because she was very pretty. Anyways another great video Lauren : )

i think the hating men one comes more from the realization that we no longer need to care about them. If we were attracted to men, we'd let some of it brush by the wayside, we'd let it hit a little softer, and we'd excuse it (perhaps subconsciously). But we don't have to care about them anymore, so we have no reason to do any of that. There's no reason to just let it go. We notice the bad actions more and we are more unabashedly vocal when we see them.

About "the urge to merge", I feel like people who have been in a relationship for a while start to look alike. Even in straight couples

I definitely had a crush on my englisch teacher, who, as a bonus, was also my teacher in the drama elective.

Hey Lauren, my star sign is Pisces ♓️. Thank you for another great video, I’ve been heart broken by a straight girl and it sucks. I wish if I could get merch from you because you are such an inspiration. Can’t wait for another video from the 12 Gays of Christmas, but I don’t want it to end. 💕

This certainly is an interesting 12Gays series. I never have seen an episode of The L Word because it's unavailable in my country but I've always wanted to😕 Also wearing over-sized clothes has become a stereotype for us Bi people too so the judgmental mentality is real. And as for me, I had a crush on both my English and Science teachers in High School.
