Not too harsh I hope.....

Fun fact: when Ford came out with the v8 bootleggers would drop two pistons and smuggle whiskey across the Canadian border in the cylinders during prohibition.
No, maybe somebody tried it, but it's simply not a feasible way to transport a couple litres of booze.
Sorry Scott but unlikely. The bottles would shatter from heat and vibration and the hours of work necessary would not be worth it. It was enough to be faster cars where slow back than.
Like the criminals that steal German cars know that most police vehicles here will top out at around 180 so simply go faster. There are alot of thefts here going east. O that would be a interesting episode.
Dude that is some real bullshit I smell right there

some weird audio issues in this video. distortion pretty noticeable throughout.

What V6s? The V6 didn't hit production until 1950.
it was the writers mistake
Thank you for this! By the way you should do more hot rods!
Glad to see they caught the V6 vs straight 6 error - I was confused the whole time because to my understanding building a well-balanced V6 is more challenging than building a well-balanced V8, but a straight six is naturally very smooth.
Anyone else think the audio sucks? Like it sounds muffled

My friend since the third grade, Rick Figari, owns the John Milner American Graffiti yellow deuce coup. I remember Rick's mom driving us to the Coronet Theater in her 1966 red Plymouth Barracuda to American Graffiti. On the way home Rick said to me "one day I will own a hot rod deuce coup" When he was 17 he started building his own but then on his 18th birthday he bought the movie car from a guy in Utah who had bought it from Universal Studios. Rick is now a firefighter in San Francisco and he shows the car at Hot Rod shows when he has time.
I know this is a car show more than anything, and I’m sure this has been mentioned before, but I think it would be cool to see some motorcycle “Up to speeds”
