😊I’m speechless…but I’m still amazed by how beautiful it is to watch the whole process live and in full color and in the same day 😮! Thank you very much for taking your valuable time and sharing this amazing work of art with me ❤! I know that the COVID19 Pandemic was a huge, devastating event that we all have experienced but I’m so grateful because of that and for the first time I saw one of your videos and immediately I felt in love and inspired. Since then, I continue to watch them and enjoy each one of them. 🥰 Thank you 🙏🏼
You are always so very kind and thoughtful. Thank you, Marisol, for making the time to respond to my videos and I'm happy to hear that they work well for you ❤️
Such a great book sale, Cori. Next time I make one, I will assemble it all first and get a feel for both ways. I think, I’m going to make 3 full signatures and the two different inserts. It’ll be fine for the granddaughters in a few years.
Always such wonderful instructions and beautiful, quality work. I do wish you sold your journals but I very much understand why you don’t. I love everything you make! Hugs 🤗❤️
Thank you very much. I do sometimes sell my journals, but I'm absolutely horrible about listing things on Etsy. I will keep you all posted when I've completed some journals to sell 😊
Cori this was such a fun project. I really enjoyed following along. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this project . God’s blessings always🌴💕
I am L Loving the tutorial. you explain things so well. I am also fascinated by the idea of sewing in by machine. Just a thought that I had: it may be easier to use the zipper foot when you sew it in to avoid the bulk.
Hi Cori, Thanks for the inspiration. I am in the process of making a scrap buster idea book using your playlist. Now I am going to make this also. Love it!!! Please look for a package I sent to you yesterday.
Sweet Mary, thank you! I had the most wonderfully thoughtful package in the mail when I got home from school last night. I love the treasures and I deeply appreciate you ❤️
Thank you for this process video. I do wish you had the sewing machine higher up in the frame so we could see more of the book that you are working on.
Thank you and nope. I make the stitch as long as it will go (using a basic straight stitch) and I've not yet had one tear out. Maybe I should knock on wood...
Hello Cori, I have been a subscriber for quite awhile. Can I request a video doing masculine style clusters or even a masculine style junk journal? I know vintage can really work for masculine style and perhaps most of what you do will work already. However, creating with masculine in mind may really result in some amazing clusters! Or, if you've done one in the past, please recommend one of your videos I can go back and review for that purpose. Thanks so much!
Yes! I have the Tim Holtz gentlemen pages I want/need to turn into a journal and I'll definitely make some clusters for use in that. It might be a few months, but that project is on my short list 😊
Ahhh. The joy of report cards. I do have 2 questions regarding the sewing: 1, do you use the all purpose foot? And 2, do you lengthen your stitches? This is a really good tutorial series with tons of useful information. Thank you.
Always love your videos & this was no exception. Thanks for sharing. Could you send me the. Model number of the Singer machine. Several on Amazon look similar to me🤦♀️ Thanks.

Oh wow. I'm sorry! I use a middle weight needle (I was to say 11 or 12, but I could easily be misremembering) and I've not yet broken a needle during the sewing in stage. Best wishes to you!
Love this method of sewing in the signatures. Thank you for sharing your process
It's my favorite, for sure. But, it is just one of many options and I also really love options 😊

Love this, Cori! Thanks so much for sharing your expertise. Waiting for more!! 🤗
Thank you, Rhonda!
Oh wow, it is coming along so beautifully. I can hardly wait to see the way you add to the pages.
I'll definitely do a flip through and maybe embellish some pages on camera.... thank you!
Thank you, Cori! Wonderful demonstration, again! You leave no stone unturned in my eyes! 😀💞
You are so kind. Thank you, Keryn ❤️
I love this. I will have to go back and watch the previous in the series.
Thank you very much!
Love how this is turning out Cori, I'll need to get caught up my making. Thank you 😍
It is a fun project and I'm happy to hear you're enjoying it ❤️
I really like the sewing machine aspect of sewing in signatures.
Me too! It is, hands down, my favorite way to attach signatures to a journal.

That's the true beauty of this project... it can so easily be altered to suit individual needs 😊
Great tutorial - I love the journal, it’s just come together so nicely.
Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for your very helpful tutorial. Iam going to try this. You are a very good teacher.
You’re welcome and I hope you thoroughly and completely enjoy the process. Thank you 😊
Thank you so much for sharing ❤
My pleasure 😊
I like your way of making a journal ❤ Thank you ❤
Thank you. I love coming up with different ways to make and sew in signatures.
Thanks Cori, another great tutorial. 😘
You are so welcome and I'm glad you enjoyed it 😊
So cool!...very informative....clear instructions.....................................😻
Excellent, Thank you! 😊

Thank you and happy Holy week to you!
Awesome, thank you so much for being so patient with us!😉😊🥰
It's always my pleasure. I just wish I could add a few more don't-need-sleep hours to each day 😊
❤
Awesomeness
Thank you!
I can’t use the needle threader on my machine 😂. Lovely project that’s coming along nicely.❤
LOL. That darn needle threader. I have friends that use it, but it really doesn't like me 😊
Can't wait to see the additions you put into this journal❣️
Thank you, Sandy 😊
Cori, i don't miss doing report cards even a little bit! Happy retirement!
LOL. And, should I ever get the opportunity to retire, I won't miss them a bit either 😁
I'm looking forward to seeing more. Thank you!
More to come and thank you!
Very helpful as always Cori 😊
Glad it was helpful and thank you!

Great idea with the zipper foot. I've gotten so used to using a basic foot that I often forget that there are so many wonderful options. Thank you!

Thank you for this process video. I do wish you had the sewing machine higher up in the frame so we could see more of the book that you are working on.
Sorry about that. My video arm just doesn't bend that far. Maybe I'll try putting it in front and see if that is a better view?
Hi Cori can you lead me to the video that shows how you mark for the signatures. I love your work ❤
Love it Cori!!! How are you doing? Think about you every day.❤❤❤
Some times it's just getting through a half day that I call a win. I know it will get less painful and I'm looking forward to that day ❤️
Love this! Can’t wait to see the finished product. With sewing on the machine do you have problems with the paper perforating and then tearing out?
Thank you and nope. I make the stitch as long as it will go (using a basic straight stitch) and I've not yet had one tear out. Maybe I should knock on wood...

Thanks. I’ll watch & see if the price goes down. Have a blessed Easter.
The first and only time I sewed my signatures in, my needle broke. Single fold. 😢
I may try again someday. 😉
