    My Oncology nurse noticed that I was getting weaker. She suggested I try your videos. Now I just got thru the first one, but it worked for me. I will be coming back daily until I have a morning, noon and evening routine. Thanks to you and to my wonderful, hardworking, not just at my facility, NURSE.

    Shoulder Rolls: 3 foward and 3 backward
    Neck Rolls: Left, Right, Around
    Arm Wheels Forward: 4 left and right
    Arm Wheels Backward: 4 left and right
    Space Hugs: 8
    Overhead Throw: 5
    Hand Twists: 4 seconds
    Touch Toes: 4 both sides
    Squats: 7
    Lunges: 4 both sides
    Big squats: 7
    Knee Twist: 5 both sides
    Elbow to Knee: 4 both sides
    Hold Up Knee and Move foot around
    Big Wave: 4
    Dance a little

    That is roughly the same warm up we did for all PT in the Army(UK). Work yourself down the body. Easy to remember easy to repeat!

    Please don’t skip this. I never warmed up before workouts, was just too impatient. Ended up injuring myself by going too hard. I didn’t think it could happen to me because I was in pretty good shape. I’m here to yell you, it can and it will. Take the time to do this, or any of her other warm ups. Not doing it and saving 5 minutes from your day is NOT WORTH IT! Believe it from someone who learned the hard way. I will never skip a warm up ever again.

      I couldn't agree more, I always ignored it when Caroline said to warm up before the workout because "I didn't have time", but in all seriousness, literally just 5 minutes can make the biggest difference

    So yeah I'm 63 and out of shape. Started with 40 lbs to loose and so far down 10 lbs. with diet. I need help and watched one of Carolines videos. So I did Caroline's Warm Up and #1 Epic for Beginners. In my LR on my flat screen - what could be easier!? A challenging journey for sure but her enthusiasm and clear directions is just like having a training with you every step of the way. I'm putting it all out there because I want to feel guilty if I don't continue - my life depends on it. I discontinued my gym membership at the Pandemics beginning, like so many others. You lovely senior ladies - please please let's get back on board! Even if you cannot do the squats perfectly - just try! Believe me if I can do it - so can you! Thank you Miss Caroline Girvan, and I love your accent!

      @@madeline569 Thank -you. I've got a ways to go. I am finishing the workouts and reminding myself to go at my own pace. My hand weights were 3 lbs then 5lbs and now I'm at 7lbs. When doing the overhead exercises with both hands, I use 15 lbs. Perhaps that is baby steps for most, but I'm getting stronger and after one week I'm squatting a little lower. Please keep encouraging others - there IS more happiness in giving!

    I just started your epic series and wanted to say thank you for making this available at no charge. I appreciate that you take breaks during the sets to give yourself a chance to recover. Makes it a little more real and human. I am enjoying the workouts so far and sweating buckets. You are amazing, and I appreciate being able to workout with you.

    Last Week of Epic I programs. All I can say is it was not worth it stopping my workouts with Caroline. I lost so much strength and all the muscle I had worked so hard at gaining. I do not plan on stopping this time. I'll go to 3X a week workout before completely stopping. It's slow, patience getting back to where I was. Grateful to Caroline for having these programs in place.

      There are some good news, even when you say that you’ve lost some muscle mass: it’s easier to get the muscles back than to grow them the first time!

    About to end my 12th week of being consistent with my workouts, Caroline! I miss the community of doing the EPIC program but I’m still working hard on the goals I’ve set for myself. Turning 50 in July and I want to look amazing in my bikini 👙 for my trip to Mexico and beyond that...this is a life long journey of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle!!     I started to do this warm up every morning since 2 weeks already! Even if I have to go working on my computer just after and don't always plan to workout that day, I see a real change in my attitude and my habits. Doing this warm up to start the day makes me feel more disciplined and inclined to move my body and being healthy in general! Thank you for that!

    Good morning!! Yes!! This helped me get going. I'm on Day 20 of 35 Proton Therapy treatments (a type of radiation). It really drains you. So my typical workouts are too much to do before I go to work! THIS was perfect. I'm ready to "start the day! and I am not exhausted!!! God Bless You More!!

    Hi all! I started EPIC Beginner with my mom. After thousands of attempts, she is finally in. Yay! She is 53 (height: 150 cm, weight: 64 kg) and I am 17 (height: 160 cm, weight: 52 kg). I will update our progress daily here:
    21.01.2022 - Day 1 ✅ We thought we were dead at first 6 minutes lol. but still handled!
    22.01.2022 - Day 2 ✅ Planks were really hard for mom. She did basic planks instead of complicated ones
    23.01.2022 - Day 3 ✅ It was okay, much better than first two days
    24.01.2022 - Day 4 ✅ We both liked working out with dumbbells
    25.01.2022 - Day 5 ✅ Mom did not like burpees at all lol. She rested 40 seconds ( 30sec rest + burpees) But it was okay for me.
    26.01.2022 - nothing
    27.01.2022 - nothing

    I love this warmup! I workout in the early morning so sometimes my joints are quite stiff still. This workout is short and loosens me up so I can be onto starting my workout in a jiffy!

    Thank you. This was perfect ti get me warm. I'm 45 and have been slowly working up to getting I'm peak fitness. Don't have time for gym these days. Attended 4 X a week 10 yrs back.     Recommended by sister to check you, and my gods. The warm up and the workout gave me the workout I always wanted for a beginning series.     I appreciate this warm up isn't full of up and down moves on and off the floor or planks. Just too much when warm ups are a mini workout.

    I’m doing Caroline’s Epic program, so do this warmup before each workout. While I think it’s a great warmup, sometimes I find that it’s just not long enough...especially if I’m sore/tight from the previous day’s workout. So I put the playback speed on 75% and that extends the time in each move just long enough for me. Trick is remembering to change the speed back to normal before starting the workout video 😂
