This machine is not working to full efficiency because it is missing an output collimator. That problem could be solved by putting a reverse bias subduction spline in the circuit. This would eliminate any waveform deviances and make the device capable of powering any conventional non-reactive bi-stable system.
Can this be work without the driving motor, like using hand to spin the fan. Will it generate the power?
