Interesting experiment. I have a paradoxical reaction to some oils, like lavender is very stimulating for me not calming. As somebody with post-viral illness like yourself, I notice that just inhaling oils can have a big impact on how I feel. Clary Sage or Roman Chamomile for example, are incredibly calming for me. Oh and the more I see Lief in action the more I want one ☺️
Yes I think that it really helps to have some tech like the Lief to make sure that how feel matches with how it's affecting our physiology objectively. I also monitor my blood pressure when using a new type of oil to make sure it doesn't go too low. Have you tried diffusing, say Chamomile, during sleep to see if it improves it?
What other essential oils should we check to see if they raise HRV?
Your channel is awesome man! ❤
I appreciate it!
should you use the diffuser the wohle night or 30 min before bed?

@@HRVHackers good idea I’ll try that thanks. My body is mostly in overreacting autoimmune overdrive so I have to watch what I do.
I am not a fan of lavender is there another essential oil you may recommend?
Bergamot. At some point I'll re-upload this video with new information
