The alternative devices out there stimulate the Vegas via the ear or the skin on your hand or feet which is not as powerful that is why they need longer session

Did you already look into the Neorhythm from Omnipemf? It's a PEMF device. My baseline HRV according to Whoop went from 100-110ms to 125-145 after using it. I put it for 20min around my neck (lying it on my shoulders). I love it.
Is it fine to daily use a vagus nerve stimulator or do you recommend breaks?
I don't really respond to pemf devices so it didn't work for me. Personally I stimulate vagus nerve daily through various exercises and devices but I'm not allowed to give you medical advice so you have to check with your doctor for safety
What mode do you use during omnipemf session?

Hi, I have a little question.. I just received my Nurosym and tried it today.. I Only did 1 min on stand 5 but I got nausea, anxiety, heart racing after.. what does that mean? Should I try again in a few days maybe 1 min on stand 1 or something? Im a little sad because I didn’t expect this type of reaction…😮 thanks so much for your very informative channel :)
I'm not a fan of that device. It only has one treatment mode. I would recommend pulsetto instead as it has many for you to try: ua-cam.com/video/NZXiReL3sGE/v-deo.html
Thank you so much . Do you think the Pulsetto will also work for gut related issues? Im gonna send the Nurosym back.. way to strong for me.. 🙌✨ thanks for your advice, much appreciated :) have a great day!
Any device that stimulates the vagus nerve has the potential to improve gut issues. Individual results will always of course vary
May I ask what specific condition you were using the Parasym for? And the question of left side vs. right side depends whether you're using it for heart problems (right) or other problems (left), no? For the amplitude setting, do you crank it up to the point that you notice pain, and then turn it down? Thanks in advance.
I was trying to use it for CFS. Left and right side stimulation affect the heart differently yes
Wouldn't it be the other way around? Because the heart is on the left.
Wait a minute
And what have you done if nothing helps?
Pulsetto ua-cam.com/video/NZXiReL3sGE/v-deo.html
Bonjour! I have a compex unit i home, I'm sure i can use it but where can i get the part to put on the ear? Thank you 😊
Not recommended. Check out Pulsetto instead ua-cam.com/video/NZXiReL3sGE/v-deo.html
Have you heard of the Healy device or tried it? I would like to get your input on it. Thank you!
I've heard of it but I'm not somebody that responds to Energy and frequency kind of devices. So I don't really have an opinion on it, I'm sticking to direct vegas nerves stimulation Devices. Let me know if you want suggestions.
@@HRVHackers Yes, please. I would greatly appreciate it. What would you recommend for insomnia and anxiety?

For the 70 dollar tens unit, where do you olace the electrodes? Neck?
Definitely not neck. For effective neck stimulation use Verelief ua-cam.com/video/6vIcX4ZHxfI/v-deo.html
@@HRVHackers going look into those, thanks!
Where’s the link for the $70 unit?
If you look at the video description you will see the link to the Facebook group that has all the information about ear based stimulation. However it seems that neck based stimulation is significantly more effective and powerful for more people ua-cam.com/video/NZXiReL3sGE/v-deo.html
Where do you get your leif stickers from?
You get them free monthly from lief when subscribing
The link doesnt work for the Facebook group you recommend.
It works. There is a UA-cam bug with links on certain phones. You can try manually just searching for the group name in Facebook
@@HRVHackers I did. I couldn’t find it either.
Hmmm ok maybe Facebook issue then. Have you checked out Pulsetto in the meantime? ua-cam.com/video/NZXiReL3sGE/v-deo.html

Thanks to you!
thank you for your video. I know that the Pulsetto works for you. But I can't find anything on "HOW" it works. how does it stimulate the vagus nerve? Is it ultrasound? or is it electric current more like a gamma core?
Yes it sends an electric signal to the nerve like Gammacore
Is Pulsetto safe to use for common people?
Vegas nerve stimulation is safe for most people when done as directed. Not medical advice and best of luck to you on your vagus journey
@@HRVHackers thanks for your kind comment. By 'directed', do you mean 'as per the preset directions in the Pulsetto app'? Also, it would be really nice if you can make a video on the different kinds risks associated with different kinds of VNS techniques....I don't know if you already made any video on this topic...
Yes I mean with the instructions that came with the product whether it's in the app or in the instruction booklet. Good idea about risks I will keep that in mind
Have you considered getting own Ewot system?
Yeah but how to exercise w chronic fatigue?
@@HRVHackers Are your Fatigue levels that bad?
Food is the problem, it uses more energy than I have most days
@@HRVHackers You should buy the book, "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Gone - Jason Boye" he suffers from ME/CFS where he used, and describes it. Besides that, there is a lot of other good information.

The Leif monitor is expensive. There is a monthly bill. Is this worth it?
Lief comes with HRV coaching. So it's actually quite a good deal for what you'd be getting

Hi there. Is there a discount code for nurosym
I don't think this is a good product and it costs way too much so I never bothered becoming an affiliate. There are better ways to stimulate the Vagus nerve and I have discounts for those devices
Hi! Is there any special reason why you don't like this device or just the price tag?@@HRVHackers
Hello i am viewer of your channel. How did you know that you did not react to Vagus Nerve Stimulation Trough ear Stimulation. I think i have the same problems.
Also do you know something that monitors HRV in real time?
I knew that it wasn't really helping me because my long term Heart rate variability was staying the same or even lowering.
Check out Lief for monitoring HRV ua-cam.com/video/x5ZIZZvZe8g/v-deo.html
@@HRVHackers Do you know if Pulsetto have longer session than 5 min?
If you push the plus sign during each mode you can add a few extra minutes. The reason for the shorter sessions is that it's a very powerful tool stimulating the Vegas fibers in your neck. The alternative devices out there stimulate the Vegas via the ear or the skin on your hand or feet which is not as powerful that is why they need longer session
What happen to the Pulsetto unit?
Edit: I still have the Pulsetto and it works great. I sold the Nurosym

It actually does work for a lot of people but just like medication, it won't work for everyone. That doesn't mean it's bull. TVNS therapy has been used by hospitals and mental health clinics for some time. This device however is a very overpriced TENS machine. The same results can be achieved for a fraction of the price.
no one needs a $700 tens unit! the $27 tens unit will work lol
Exactly. Although there are some cool things coming down the pipeline in terms of fancier units this is just simply not one of them.

Don't listen to this guy, the nurosym is worth every penny. I am not affiliated with nurosym associates. It's not a cure for CFS; however, it's a great addition for anyone with CFS on the road to recovery.
Whether you spend $70 or $700 on a TENS unit what's most important is that it's helping you.
Yeah, it helped me a lot with my anxiety. Not everything works for everyone though - that's what we need to remember. I do think it's overpriced however. I got mine for 1/3 of the retail price but I still think it was a bit expensive - especially when I could have just used a TENS machine. It looks nice though 😅
