Szia Syifa, köszönöm szépen again for a lovely and heart-warming video from Hungary. These old places and csardas and especially the warmth with which the people receive you, made me feel a bit nostalgic. During my school time in eastern Austria (near the Hungarian border) I played in a band. On weekends we often performed in villages in similar barn-like pub restaurants. And the standard 'band food' we got at these places was always a gulyás (gulash), a roll and a beer. Szia, szia, till your next video.

It was a perfect decision to have goulash for your last lunch in our country. It was especially a good decision to order it particularly in a csárda at the countryside and not at a fancy restaurant in Budapest because most fancy restaurants in bigger cities cannot cook it as delicious as a small village inn.

Sándor Rózsa one of the most notorious and cruelest Hungarian criminals, robber murderers, and outlaws according to contemporary terms. A thirty-time serial killer, he also committed numerous robberies. On May 5, 1873, he was taken to Szamosújvár, where he was detained under pedigree number 1267. At first he was employed as a tailor in prison, but later, due to his illness, he worked as a hosiery knitter. However, his health continued to deteriorate and he died of "tuberculosis" in the Szamosújvár prison on November 22, 1878.
The conversation is quite casual and informal, with the person talking about their experience eating beef stew (stewed with paprika), saying hi to kids at a school, and interacting with them. They also mention filming a UA-cam video and promoting their social media channels. Some interesting points from the conversation: The person enjoys a hearty beef stew made with rich paprika, which gives it extra flavor. They visit a nearby school and say hello to the students, who seem delighted by this interaction. The person's name is Syifa (they mention introducing themselves on camera), and they have interacted with kids before as they used to be a teacher. They have been filming videos in Hungary, starting from Budapest and moving through various villages. Overall, it seems like the video aims to showcase everyday life and interactions in a foreign country, which could be an interesting and relatable topic for viewers.

Thanks for your videos from Hungary! Interesting country!
Thank you so much for watching these videos.
My former mother in law was Hungarian . When she came to visit she always brought a large delicious salami sausage in her suitcase. ❤❤
❤️
Yes indeed, Paul is the ambassador of Beke's, Doboz. I guess we need to explore Bekes, at least to taste the signature cottage cheese chocolate bar. How lovely that Paul took you around, especially to his grandma. She is definitely not a lady who sit and whines all day. She found a way to use her time which gained all my admiration. Thank you for having taken us along with you through the plains of Doboz❤
Which you have seen "kompót" (canned fruit) is a technique to preserve the fruits without freezer.
Also the "kolbasz" (sausage) is a dried meat with lot of seasoning serves as an other method to conservate the meats without fridge.
With these methods the farmers were able to have lot of provisions for winter: not only for one family but more.
The fruit-vegetable-livestock producers were fully self sufficient independent of economic circumstances.
You could learn of hungarian "paraszt" (farmer) people had very advanced technique in agriculture: diversity, herbs, weather forecast etc.
You vlog of Hungary is lovely. You have such a calming and sweet presence and really appreciate that you visited the countryside
I have travelled to these towns and cities you visited , I was there only a few months ago . I was also in eger . I went to the town you visited guila which has the brick built castle … it has the most magnificent spa 🧖♀️ in it …. Countryside Hungary 🇭🇺 is awesome 🤩 good weather , not many crowds and fair prices

@@SyifaAdriana thank you, Syifa,
I just want to add, that I also can imagine the 'hard-ship' in this work, which is not so much seen, but reality is a mix of light and shadow, like: struggling with visas, getting sick away from home, youtube's (sometimes unfair) restrictions, less friendly people on the road, dangers, exhaustion, missing your partner, nasty comments... I understand your doubts...
we live in a tough world, and you are a shining light in it with your warmth and care... I have been following quite a few travel channels over the last years, and yours is clearly one of the best and most touching...

Ahh love this episode as my heart is so full, very comforting! Reminds me of my recent trip to Romania as well as you've mentioned palinka.. They seem to have almost similar culture, and some Hungarian food influence in Romania as well.
This episode reminds me a lot ofmy friend's family hospitality and warmth that I got in Câmpina, Romania too. ❤
The Transylvania part of Romania belonged to Hungary until the end of WW I, you may have visited that part.
Thank you so much! I am so glad to hear that you enjoy watching this. The video came with a rough idea and sometimes abstract concept which relied a lot on spontaneous interactions. Often I got lucky, sometimes not. So glad to hear that many appreciate this video!

Such a beautiful village lifestyle of Hungary!! It's just an amazing presentation. 🎉 best wishes from Sylhet Bangladesh 🇧🇩.
@@fuadahmed966 I think if you visit the Magyars from banglades, the first welcome may come from: Anti migrants police, the neonazi paramilitary groups, our home party of Magyars, blood and honor skinheads… so just because Magyar has lots of Roma people from India it doesn’t mean they are welcoming anyone from that region… be careful
@@mazhaerexpert Honest, cultured guests, who are coming with passport, and not breaking through the border fence, are welcome. For example thousands of students from nearly all countries of the wold are living here in safety and comfort during the years of studying.
@@koge_hun7265 I BELIEVE EVERY SINGLE WORDS YOU SAY..! 👍😁
@@koge_hun7265 no they are not. When people in these villages spot someone with a slightly darker skin, they won't ask for their passport. They will call the police, being afraid that the person would rape them. You cannot seriously believe that people will consider anyone of color to NOT be an immigrant/terrorist/enemy of our "Hungarian lifestyle."

6:33 Pálinka is quite a strong drink, it's not for everyone :D
The conversation is quite casual and informal, with the person talking about their experience eating beef stew (stewed with paprika), saying hi to kids at a school, and interacting with them. They also mention filming a UA-cam video and promoting their social media channels.
Some interesting points from the conversation:
The person enjoys a hearty beef stew made with rich paprika, which gives it extra flavor.
