Its lovely to see someone get over their fears🥰 -ive become overloaded with fears (main one being death) which has resulted in fear of everyday life and most things in it. Dizziness, overwhelming tiredness, aches, pains etc stops me enjoying life and going places i dont feel safe. If it can result in me conking out i wont do it lol. I push myself to do things but cry alot at things ive missed out on. Ive just seen youve got a book out to overcome anxiety so i’ll try that 👍🥰

So sorry to hear about that Martina and you are now grieving too. You were making progress before though and you can again. Please check out or video on losing a loved one and allow yourself time to grieve and realise under the circumstances, some days its okay not to feel okay. x
This is exactly how I feel it all happened last year when I was on holiday with my family and we had a 7 seater car and we took turns in alternating seats and I was fine and had been in the back prior to this but this one particular day I was in the back and the villa no problem at all untill my husband stopped to get fuel and I had this overwhelming feeling and I started banging on the window to get me out and its affected me ever since I can't get in a back of a car at all and only last week my husband went through a car wash I didn't think anything of it until we actually started going through this feeling overwhelming me again that I nearly opened the door to get out it was horrendous would you in anyway be able to help me kind regards mandy xx
So sorry to hear that. Our therapy is based on providing overwhelming evidence as to why what you are believing is inaccurate. We help people to appreciate the positives of what they fear and how a misunderstanding occurred to create it.
So sorry to hear that Melanie, hopefully once lockdown is over you will be okay. If you need any assistance though please email our office for options. Wishing you all the best. x

I have this problem all my life and was making progress when the health crisis hit. I have a disability and my mother died last week.
