Wasn’t sure about the weight of the jig head. 1/8 th oz, or e to r gems. Seems very heavy. Hook size 8? Looks great for big water. Very impressed with your presentation technique. Bruce
Hi Bruce, I used a size 0 split shot for the weight and a size 8 jig hook. I will end up using Tungsten bead of about 6mm in the future. The bulk of the fly makes it really hold up in the current. Unavoidable to a point, thus the weighty split shot.

Thats 100% the goulburn river! Now just to work out where on the river😂 i fish it almost daily and would love to find that spot
