Because I’m allergic to all bell peppers & eggplant, but can eat all hot peppers, I would switch out the veggies by using a healthy shake of crushed red hot peppers, chopped cilantro, crushed celery seed, lots of black pepper, salt pinch, garlic, chives, herb & garlic cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, flour, baking soda & baking powder...

For the flat bread, instead of flour what could be used? Will almond flour work? Or a more low carb type of flour...
