What do you use as pan? These are miraculous. I've got my grannys old pans and they always stick. Also greetings from Ankara, Turkiye's Capital with love. 😍 My dietician/doctor banned me from eating flour and sugar. Also milk is in danger zone only using oatmilk or almondmilk. I want to try and eat all your recipes but I must first lose weight then I can eat to regain back 😀
My sister is gluten free no sugar no flour and she only use almond milk. I will try this recipe without cheese and sugar and I will see how it come out. Have a blessed day Amen 🙏

Perhaps the tortillas were very thick and then they kind of break, but they still remain soft, with so many vegetables and liquid dough, to be honest, I don’t know why they are dry. Perhaps you fry them too long and they dry out. Cook over medium heat and cover to cook but not dry out. 😊

Hello, cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat on each side if the flatbread is thick, if thin then be careful not to burn 2-3 minutes on each side

Last one we call it "Mücver" and we use zucchini/courgette too, you can fry it or bake it in oven, it's delicious
What pan do you use?
I always use a frying pan with a ceramic non-stick coating and a thick 2nd bottom so that the food does not burn and does not stick to the pan! 😌

Have you tried oat flour? You can make your own, put oatmeal in a blender, spin until fine.
