I'm just glad to see someone fishing our muddy waters because seems like there is more about Aransas pass, port A, etc. Good to see you out there and seeing that fish are catchable in our Freeport area! Way to go!!

The last time that I fished the Freeport jetties was over 45 years ago with my father ,mother, sisters and grandfather. Believe me it was not as safe ,back then, as algae was all over and the boulders were not covered by concrete. They were slippery as snot ,and guess who slipped in ?(ME)
    THANKS FOR THE MENORIES
    GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS

I did an early retirement in 2017 thinking I would be fishing alone during the week in the Galveston area. LOL! Yeah right! I only fish Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and it's still pretty crowded.

While waiting for my timeshare in the Keys to be rebuilt from hurricane Irma I rented a house on the gulf that had a jetty instead of a pier. Fishing was incredible! I’m completely sold on jetty’s grouper snapper shark 🦈 fantastic! Liked the video and subscribed

It's about time Mark, been waiting for you to do an episode of night fishing with Generator and that 1000 Watt Clear Bulb. Do not get that fogged bulb, it wont work. Also, get you a multi jack plug and one of them clamp silver dome lamps to help you see in the dark when fixing knots, hooks, putting on the bait on the hook and etc. More efficient and effective than just a flash light. Simple Deluxe HIWKLTCLAMPLIGHTS Clamp Lamp Light with 5.5 Inch Aluminum Reflector up to 60 Watt E26 (no Bulb Included) 6 Feet 18/2 SPT-2 Cord UL Listed, 1-Pack. Looking forward to seeing you in the next night fishing episode. :)

I'm very interested in what that setup would look like. I was also thinking of using hids headlight bulbs in a fog light housing. Or some type of light bar with a focus.

Go with LED lights won’t attract as many bugs, sealite brand is good, as an electrician I would know, 100,000 lumens a light about 90$ a piece only pulls I believe around 100w

Another reason why I am moving to Big Tex! You can't find any fishing space on the beach in VA. I wonder if you all should use red lights so it wont distract or cause any issues with waterborne vessels.

I never understand on the jetty or pier there will be people with 4 or 5 poles a piece. Seriously, how many poles you need in the water at a time? I fish with 2 rods. One for casting lures and the other for bottom fishing

You need to get PAR 64 VNSP (very narrow spotlights) They come in 500 and 1000W. Clear lenses. Didn't get a good look at your generator, but I think it was a 2000w. I run a 2 light setup, using a 1000 and a 500w. 2 1000's are pushing the capacity, though my nephew had the honda, and it pulled 2 1000w bulbs with no issues.

MDLR Fishing: I was wondering instead of using those huge studio 1K lighting wouldn't be convenient to utilize LED lighting and use your kayak battery. A single 48 watt LED plate produces 2000 lumens, the only draw back would be narrowing the beam unless you can attach barn doors on the plate. I don't know the formula of how long 48 watts would last on a 12v 7.5ah battery but if the battery can go longer than 6+ hours of continues use, I think that would be your best bet. Less equipment and less to carry. I've purchased a similar unit through Amazon it's the UBOWAY Outdoor Lamp Telescopic Fishing Rod Lamp with IR Remote ($45 single LED plate | $74 dual 8000 lumens), haven't tried it on shore yet, but it's great when I'm on my boat for night fishing. Thanks for the great videos, tight lines.

I’m trying to go out there and just slay them on lures, no live or cut bait allowed, is that a feasible plan? What’s a good top 3 to throw in the next couple weeks? I’ve heard rapala jerkbaits in the Muskie size year it up out there and obviously spoons, but is there anything weird or fun to throw out there like oversized ratl traps or gian poppers?
