  • There are almost 80,000 people experiencing homelessness across Los Angeles County. The UCLA Health Homeless Healthcare Collaborative delivers health care and supportive services to unhoused individuals, regardless of insurance coverage, immigration status or other factors.
Services are delivered seven day a week and include primary and preventive health care, urgent medical care, chronic disease management, psychiatric primary care, harm reduction services and substance use treatment. Care is delivered out of mobile clinics to people on the streets and in shelters, encampments, interim housing sites, libraries and soup kitchens. The team also provides care coordination services to ensure people get connected to medical and social services, including housing, employment and financial assistance.
