#1 is affordable, and you will only be there for one month. #2 is just $125 more (with more room than you need), but $850 is your budget, and again it is only for one month. Go for the first one. Beautiful, simple, functional interior for one person. Plus price is good. Walking in Kigali is ok. It's one of the safest cities.

My aunt pay 400 $ a month is a 3 bedroom modern house , I think it’s more expensive if u not from there also certain neighborhoods are more expensive than other but the all very safe tho 😁

Favorite right now got my twin watching. We stay in a small monarchy Swaziland just next to South Africa which I know you love very much. This days we going through the worse unrest (government unleashing forces against unarmed people killing many) we have experienced in forever. Known as the pulpit of Africa we are governed by a family so we looking for democracy ( probably a handful for you to read🙈) but your channel has been an escape for me and my twin. You could actually find similar appartments for 300-500$ in similar neighbourhoods. But as a visitor you vertainly wouldn't know or have the time.

It will be interesting to see which one you ended up choosing. The outside vibe and neighborhood of the first one are great! The inside felt kind of cramped which could be an issue if you were to have guests or spend a lot of time there. The stove was really cool! The exterior of the second one when you drive up was kind of meh. The interior though was terrific --spacious, inviting, warm and well laid out! The views from the balconies were beautiful! If it were in your budget, I would say choose the second one because I think the ambiance will make you happier when you're inside.
I absolutely adore this video! I am in an LDR. My husband is a Nigerian citizen and I am an American and we have been looking at Rwanda as a possible home base until our spousal process is complete. I enjoyed these two properties and you sharing the agents contact. Thank you Julian

I’m all in on that second property. While the exterior of the first place looked nice, almost Fresh Prince of Bel Air, the interior would just feel too cramped for me. Okay, being pragmatic, I know you will only be there for a month but, unless the electricity costs are exorbitant, again I would go with the second property. Throw in the fact that the second property does not require a walk out to hail a cab, plus the views from the balconies and it’s, Game Over ! My two cents worth, but it’s your $850 😃
