@@1nesoch Rwanda is my home as well as yours and i won't brag here about what uncomparable, my home country which is yours as well has nothing Compare to a single State in America starting from wealth and size of even the Houses, the number of well constructed houses in quarter of Texas alone and i mean Bricks houses are far way superior to all the houses combined in Rwanda, when you speak as an obvious Rwandan then all Rwandans are concerned you should know that, and atleast speak facts.

@@tsindaalpha7583 Unless you build the villa to spec. The Condo lacked storage space and the layout was rather clumsy in places. For example, a mop and bucket in the toilet with a washing machine with nowhere to use the washing machine area as a washroom. No storage space for the iron and ironing board. The natural light was not thought through well because in areas the Condo was dark. A Standard Condo is the right category. What are the service charges for the complex per owner.? This aspect should never, ever be bypassed. What are the municipal costs? Is gas or electric or a combination of both used or either or? 5 minutes or less it would take to state these important facts. Even the surrounding area, apart from a golf course, what does the area have to offer? What is the name of the Condo complex and, is there a website?

What would be some very good hotels/air bnbs in Kigali? And some good transport/chauffeur companies? Please advise, and thanks for yout content and the work you put it..
I stayed at the marriot and liked it. For transport I just used Move which is like Uber.

Hello! Thanks for subbing 😊 there is but the mortgage rates are about 18% which is super expensive (in my opinion)
@@xoReni , 18% is indeed expensive. The most expensive rate I have gotten here in the USA 🇺🇸 is 7% and this is for items that cost $50k and below. I could look into international financing. Greatly appreciate your feedback and will be virtually following your presentation!!

In Rwanda apartments are more expensive than stand alone Villas and houses,
With $100k, you can get a beautiful luxurious unfurnished 4rooms+ house in a nice neighborhood including Nyarutarama which is a great deal when you consider privacy and independence.

Manpower in Rwanda is very low, you can get a private chef, maid, and security guy at less than $500/month.

XoReni First of all huge respect for many of your videos, especially when you explain how to deal with money/investments. But something strikes me in videos like this. For the money that the wealthy earn without working, there are poor people who work without getting any money. You know wealth comes with power and power should come with responsibility. So why don't you show off the charities you support in a video? Maybe in needy parts of the world? Please don't get me wrong. Respect for things you have achieved. Respect for sharing knowledge.
