got mine last week as well! love it for the 3 days i had it until the dealer took it to get it sprayed bed liner and they got rear ended on the way to the place... will be out till july 15th... good note is that only the bumper will be replaced. no body panels!

I was looking at both at dealership, your white one in newer 2019, the other is early 2019 as it has 2018 front grill and headlights, dealer told me it's a way for them to use up old parts and the price was 10,000 cheaper for the earlier one. Both were exact same thing except newer front end had performance option added.

How about instead of putting a button to shut off the engine shut off, that you just don't put that garbage on the truck to begin with. I own a 18 Silverado redline but this type of ridiculous junk including cylinder deactivation keeps me from buying another.

Also the custom has the afm which is the active fuel management this system is horrible. It will leave your valve springs and lifters full of gunk and it actually burns oil. BUT the LT version of this truck uses the DFM which is dynamic fuel management. And this systems is a lot better and works like a gem.
Ah yo, what about the different cab/bed options in both? Leave it to GM to screw up the names. The “custom” should be the added options, the “LT” without.

I just left the dealer and the real price difference (not sticker) was 6-9k. Now you can get a base LT trailboss for 46k. Most dealers order them with a lot of options so they are hard to find. I got quoted a custom trail boss today for $43.5k USA. And a $54k sticker price lt was going for $39k.

Ja.V A the LT trailboss is only in the 5.3 v8 , I’m assuming the custom is to, but I know it has the v6 option as well. MSRP for the custom tb is $44,890, and the LT tb MSRP is $49,895 on the Chevy website. Most dealers that I have saw, sell the custom tb for around $30,000,- $35,000 while the LT at dealers is around $40,000 - $45,000.

Not me. Test drove the new Ram Classic and didn't get a good feel. Liked the interior and the bells & whistles of the new Ram. However, something about it just didn't feel rugged like it would break down in 2 years or something. Plus I do NOT like the exterior styling of the new RAM (ugly). Nevertheless, ended up trading in my 2012 Ram for my 2019 Custom Silverado. Loving it!

Led headlights should be standard on all vehicles at this price point idk why they insist on still using halogen
