    These are the exercises my physio gave me! They help but later i have alot of pain. But its worth carrying on to build the muscle up

    Very informative video thanks for all the great content you putting out, one quick question : i have pain in my neck and can feel it my muscles stretch when i do the looking at leg exercise.
    i dont have access to go to doctor atm , i was just curious that if by chance its noy arthritis and maybe something else ? could this exercises damage my neck in anyway ? should i not do them and hold on to see a doctor first for diagnosis?

    I sub immediately. Where doed neck arthritis come from? I mean what are the causes that originate it in the first place?

    What about neck traction devices?

      They are often a good tool for reducing muscle tension and pain.

      I bought the cheap inflatable type with the hand pump.
      It gives instant pain relief.
      But I have found these exercises have a longer effect.

    great video exercise are important but also with them you can take Hakam churna is best and effective by planet ayurveda.

    This is not strenghtraining this is stretches which is not the best for arthritit

    Why isn’t swimming mentioned in these videos, one would assume this exercise is beneficial.

      Swimming can be a good form of exercise for some people with neck arthritis. However, swimming wouldn’t be considered a specific therapeutic exercise to address the impairments we commonly see with neck arthritis.
