I thought that it wasn’t going to work, but after trying, and fidgeting around with it a few times I finally got it!!!! Thank you!! Now the phone that I have won’t get thrown away !!!!
First connect USB-C cord to phone. Then press and hold Vol Down + Power Button until screen turns off. Must have USB-C plugged into phone to bypass screen lock and power off
My phone froze up, and wouldn't let me restart it, so normally when that would happen with my old phone, I would just remove the battery and put it back. What I did not realize, was that the back of the A10e is secured like a fortress for some reason. Finally I get that back off and guess what? the battery is secured by 3 wires attached beneath a plate that is secured by 5 screws that require a precision screwdriver to remove. I don't know what is so special about a Samsung phone battery that requires so much security, does it contain platinum or something?, is there a high demand for Samsung phone batteries?. I need answers!. So anyway I figured there must be an easier way, and low and behold... this is it! thanks for this video, it's greatly appreciated!
Hi! Thank you for asking but honestly I am very sorry but I don't have straight answers to that questions, there are many different versions about the reason why the batteries are glued and locked away on the new phones but these questions only can be answered perhaps by the phone builders, one reason I found out is that a this all started with the iPod from apple that had a glued and sealed battery, but later most phones started coming out with the same type of battery, apparently these feature allows to make a slimmer phones and drop resistant, but again I would also be interested on knowing that answer, specially when I open a phone to replace the battery and I have hard time pulling it out from their eclosure
This video was an extreme help, I freaked out cause I couldn't fix my phone, and this finally got it Thank you, so much You have no idea how helpful this was
Somewhat complicated, If your phone has service and the google account it's linked to that phone number enter the phone number instead and you will get a verification code from Google
Hi, this video shows the process for phones that are ON, if your phone is already OFF, press the volume up and then power button until logo appears. If the phone is ON you must press the volume down first, the power button second and then there is an instant where the phone seems to go dark then release those buttons and press volume up and the power button, when the logo appears release the buttons
It works, keep trying but don't do the same thing all the time, try fast and slow, there is an instant where the phone shut off and then swap the buttons
@@ez-fixit4044 is there a way to hard factory reset since this way only leads to restarting by password or owner email and they don't even remember neither
@@edwardfrost1392 Hi! If your phone does not want to turn off this video shows you the process to reset it, once reset it the phone will ask you for the email was first set in this phone or phone number, it must be active if you don't have any or the phone doesn't have service then you may need to find a google acct removal service
@@ez-fixit4044 well i found a phone and i couldn't find a way to contact the owner through the phone and its been 5 months since i found it so i decided to keep it but i want to factory reset since its the only way to delete the information inside it and i tried the way shown in the video, which just needs me to put the owner's email and since i don't know what it is, i have trouble factory resetting it
Hi! This worksjust take a look at the other comments but, I will explain you. In order to hard reset many of the Samsung phones they have to be turned off. Since this one is already ON and doesn't want to turn off, we have to trick the phone pressing volume down and power button, now when the phone turns OFF for an INSTANT (you must caught that instant) as if the phone were turned OFF and then do the hard reset proccess
This method has helped more than 30 000 all you need to do it's pay attention to the video, press volume down plus power and remember when the screen goes dark count 2 or 3 seconds and press volume up and power until the Samsung logo shows then release keys
